We arrived quite late from the Bao-An Airport by local Taxi at midnight. So the check in Staff had all our keys readily available. We were extremely tired so he did a shortened check in. Our preferred room was occupied. So in this case another smaller room was arranged for sleeping off the Jetlag. After a short deep sleep we moved to our preferred larger room on the property. Our room faced south and was nestled in surrounding trees on which gave us good privacy.The Breakfast was very reasonable and delivered a wide range of Asian and International cuisine to start your day right.

We discovered later in the week that the initial night check in staff overlooked briefing us on the required necessary "deposit" for amenities and incidentals. It was promptly paid much later in the week.

The staff is very kind and always ready to help in everything you need. The room is big, bathroom, kitchen and living area are comfortable and cosy, The location is next to Sea World and not so far from Happy Harbour. You have at your disposal gym, pool, playground for children, coffee bar and restaurant. A very great location.

The internet connection with international number ain't so strong but still working. Anyway in China is always better to be organized with chinese SIM or eSIM.

We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment from a 2 bedroom booking to accommodate our family of 4. The apartment was huge. The bedrooms and bathrooms were extremely spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent and a must if you stay here. The staff spoke english well and the reception is open 24/7. The location was a 5 minute walk to Seaworld area where there is a night market and plenty of food and shops. Its extremely safe and such a lovely area to walk around.

The TV played up a few times. If it had more english channels, that would have been great.

Friendly, helpful staff in all areas, but especially the reception staff who helped me load apps on my phone for 'Chinese use', and several other extra requests. The hotel had a good gym and decent size (indoor) swimming pool, as well as free to use washing machines. Everywhere (rooms and public areas) were clean and in good condition. Breakfast included in my room rate was good and varied including Chinese, Western and some Japanese, and an omelette and noodle chef. Near to sea world and less than 5min walk to exit H of metro Good value at the rate I obtained on Booking.com

Hard to find much too improve. A nice balcony but absolutely no furniture, not even a chair and basic table, which made it almost am unuseable space, so that would be a good addition

My stay at CM Serviced Apartment Shenzhen Hillside was fantastic! The rooms on the hotel side (not service apts) were clean, roomy, and incredibly comfy. The breakfast served was tasty, greatly enhancing the overall experience. Missed english breakfast tea with milk though but that is common across hotels in much of the country. The lunch menu at the restautant grapes was limited. Mr. Wilson, a concierge staff member, deserves special recognition. He went above and above the call of duty by guiding the cabbie on the proper route and ensuring the driver wouldn’t overcharge me. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, which made my stay delightful and stress-free. This is the place to go if you're looking for a customer-focused, cozy, and convenient lodging option in Shenzhen, Shekou area The official address is a larger plot and skips the actual entrance. You can see it in bright lights on the left as you pass to the map location in the cab. it was difficult to explain to the cab driver that we had passed the entrance as he insisted on following the map. Its best the hotel adds more accurate direction when they send the directions by email in mandarin

The address to the main entrance needs to be mentioned clearly in the chinese address to avoid confusion

Everything was very good, around 8-10 minutes walk from Sea World metro station. A lot of food options around. My room was upgraded to 2-room Premier apartment for free, and this was amazing because this room includes a lot of extras (such as iron, washing machine, small coffee machine, microwave, drying rack, 2 TVs e t.c.). Check-in and out were fast, but just did not accept my Visa due to technical problem but stuff allowed me to move in and pay later after I withdraw cash from ATM. Breakfast was also ok (and with good coffee).

Nothing actually, maybe just improve hair dryer to a more powerful model.

The location is great, close to Sea World, where restaurants, shopping centers and even a water show there. Xmas market there was a bomb. The two bedroom suite is very spacious, conveniently equipped with a fridge/freezer, kitchenette and all the utensils and cooking pots. Breakfast is adequate with both Western and eastern food available. They are so flexible and understanding that they even allow takeaways for the person who is not available for the breakfast.

Room 5206, the curtain on the balcony in the main bed is not block out that allows light in in the early hours and allow street light in at night too that disturbs sleeping. There is only a 2 sitter couch in the lounge, whereas there smaller two bedrooms have the L shaped 4 sitter lounger.

Place is cosy, quiet and good for families. Has washer that also comes with dryer so we don't have to pack so many clothes. The staffs are all very attentive, friendly and helpful. Good place for a stay in Shenzhen.

Location wise is a bit off from town for those on short trip but luckily is just a short walk to the nearest metro. Breakfast will be better if less oily food as mostly I see is quite fried. That road to walk up some of the floor was uneven so at night if you walked back, you have to be more careful.

Most complete amenity and facility inside Serviced Apartment with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, etc.!

The sofa in living room is too small just for 2 people. Usually there is a sleepsofa for at least 3 people. Also, outside some places have no ramps and even bell boy needs to lift up the trolley with luggage to our room which is hard and odd.

Excellent staff, excellent pool and great location for Sea World, ferryport and the metro.

It would help to let guests pay in advance for breakfast when checking in using an international credit card as we had a little bother trying to pay using WeChat every morning.
