The bed was like sleeping in a cloud. Really the best bed & duvet & pillows I’ve felt in a long time! I really had the best deepest sleeps at this hotel. I love the laundry it was just next door. The metro is directly downstairs next to the hotel - you jump on the metro & can go anywhere. It felt amazing coming back because as soon as you get off at the stop you just go upstairs & your room is there. I really loved the week here - the cleaning ladies were very nice. They make sure to come in every morning even when I didn’t need them to & insisted I take the fresh towels. The guys at the swimming pool were really nice in helping me get the trial 14 days for the pool so I could use it. It was €20 extra but I love swimming each evening & it’s open until 10pm - was a perfect end to the day.

The only thing was the breakfast & the room service food was limited. Only the food could be better! 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Room was modern, comfortable and clean. It was useful to have free to use washing machines on each floor. Location was right next to the metro which meant easy access to Shenzhen airport and the rest of the city. Lots of restaurants and other facilities nearby and 10mins walk from Seaworld

Not much hanging/storage space for clothes. No exercise options although a good swimming pool/gym in same building. Ideal for me if free access or reasonable cost short term membership for hotel guests was available

The room I was given was great regarding hygiene, location, easy access to the metro, mall, services, and the small private gym. The venue from the main entrance was full of artwork displayed on the walls. This cute set of bunnies with Easter egg lights displayed in the reception area caught my attention. My daughter got a photo together with the bunnies. I had a job interview that day and traveled from Dongguan - a 75 km drive in the heat of 32 degrees Celcius. My daughter was exhausted from traveling in the heat and getting stuck in traffic for three hours. It was a quite stressful day for us, but this hotel made our day. The staff members were so sweet and accommodating. They let us check out late at 2 pm the next day to allow us to explore the hotel amenities. I was able to use the small-clean-intimate gym. They had complementary bottled fresh water and a clean towel near the gym entrance which was super convenient. Thus, I want to say, "Thank you, Grade Hotel! You guys are amazing!"

Honestly, I cannot complain anything about this hotel. The separate toilet was a bit dusty. I think this room had not been used up for a few days, so dust might have been accumulated. Overall, this hotel was brilliant.

Spacious apartment. Clean and well seviced. Good bed and bathroom. Close to the Metro Station.

The apartment had no crockery or cutlery. This had to be ordered from recetion with a deposit required. The amount delivered was still not really adequate. At checkout had to wakt about 15 minutes whilst the room was checked out.

The room was excellent, the location was perfect for the area (Connected to a metro station) and the staff was super professional.

The breakfast was just ok. Only one coffee machine and not very good. It's not a bad breakfast but by far the worst of the whole experience.

Great location near Seaworld (10min walk), i was on floor 37 and the view was amazing over Shenzhen and to Hong Kong from my apartment. Staff were friendly and helpful, cleaning ladies were really nice and efficient, aircon was cold, heated floor in bathroom, washing machine and dishwasher as well. Overall will stay in this location again. Good food options downstairs along with a good coffee shop.

Location is good, very comfortable bed.

Front desk reception wasn’t very helpful, I asked a question, she didn’t even made eye contact and kept typing and didn’t seem to care, not very professional.

Their atmosphere is quite different with others. It will let you relax easily as going into the room. They also provide the laundry room to clean the clothes. I like that service.

Actually I think the selection on the buffet could think about more or other kinds of food. It could attract more guys booking the hotel soon.

close to subway station (2 min), 3-3.5 km to Talent park, there are a lot of small cafes, shops , massage salons (3-5 min by steps), water and tea in the rooms ,robes and slippers
