We would definitely stay here again. Rooms were great, outdoor pool was a lovely place in which to chill out and the breakfast was fantastic. It’s a handy location and there’s a mall right next door.

People shouting in the corridor at 3.30 am and then again at 6am. Shouldn’t be waking others up at that time We had a little mix up about breakfast charges on one of our rooms. We sorted it out at check in but were then surprised to be challenged again about it on two separate subsequent occasions

Lovely room, large outdoor pool, clean and aesthetic decor. Breakfast in the main restaurant was extensive selection compared to the lounge which was a more limited selection from menu.

Staff all round could be more attentive. In the lounge the staff would favour standing around the corner where it was hard to get their attention. We noticed the lifeguard on duty was not seated in an area where they could clearly see the pool. A lot of the time, they were not even seated near the pool. Breakfast in the main restaurant, we were shown to our seat and had to call separate times for them to wipe the table and then for them to set the table. Overall we really liked the hotel and would stay again.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The facilities and rooms were clean, and the location was perfect, with everything you might need nearby. What truly stood out and made us extend our stay, canceling our reservation at another hotel, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and patient despite the language barrier, and they recommended many wonderful places that enhanced our experience in China. A special thanks to Cynthia, who was extremely helpful until the very last moment. This was my first visit to China, and if I return, I will definitely choose this hotel again without a doubt.

The Langham, Shenzhen really is a gem of a hotel, the staff gave us their full attention from the moment we stepped through the door and the facilities are excellent. Lovely large clean rooms and excellent indoor and outdoor pools made sure we had a very relaxing stay. The hotel is in a great location close to the metro and only two stops from OCT Loft our favourite Arts and dining centre in Shenzhen. There is also an excellent shopping mall below the hotel that we explored for local dining and shopping. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Afternoon tea session that is not to be missed.

Nothing and we cant wait to get back to Shenzhen to visit The Langham again.

The highlight of our stay was the exceptional support from the catering team, especially Jason Zhou and Joanna Zhou. They put themselves in guests' shoes and stretched themselves to resolve issues, even those outside their responsibilities. They were also remarkably patient in communication, maintaining a courteous demeanor at all times, which underscored their responsibility and commitment. This level of care is invaluable for international travellers in a new place. Their thoughtful service and excellent manners left a profound impression on us, enhancing our overall experience and providing peace of mind during our visit. Their proactive and considerate approach truly makes a difference.

The reception staff are not very helpful in general, both during our stay and when addressing questions about payments after the stay.

It’s a beautiful property with all the amenities you need. The pool was great for lounging and the room was nicely decorated and very inviting. Pillows were perfect and the bed is very comfortable. Turn down service was a welcomed touch after coming back from a night out. Most of the staff are friendly and hospitable and make you feel welcome.

One thing was there appeared to be some sort of moth like insect that had settled in the grouting of the bathroom - three of them around the vanity and door frame area. Pool area lifeguard not particularly attentive, but another staff member was able to direct me to towels and offered me water, which I appreciated.

The Club rooms are amazing. Very big room, big bed, huge bathroom, big deep bathtub. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming.

My room smelt a bit 'stale' as if at one time someone may have smoked in there - BUT there was an air purifier in the room so the hotel are doing what they can to improve this. All the staff were super helpful but not many of them spoke English. This isn't a negative, just a heads up to have a good translation app with you!

This is an exceptional hotel. Stunning lobby, amazing rooms, excellent food and high quality service. In the 20 years I have been working off shore and traveling, this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I will only use this hotel now when I am in Shenzhen on business.

Nothing...it really was exceptional. High quality customer service and staff that really do go the extra mile. This is critical when I dont speak Chinese. They were so helpful.

World-class service. Was extremely comfortable and the staff had a great attention to detail. We can’t thank them enough for their generosity and patience with us. They were very helpful and we left feeling rejuvenated. The Langham in Shenzhen is what we needed. All was good - convenient to get to from the ‘city centre’ and close to all the major attractions and shops via the metro (which was affordable at between 3-5RMB per journey) or via DiDi. A young man at the front desk also gave us a recommendation for a more local dining experience which was a 10 minute walk from the hotel (with a Shenzhen brewery close by). We loved it. This is a western style hotel with an impressive foyer and beautiful decor everywhere. Loved the room including a comfy bed & pillows and it had all the facilities you would expect at this type of property, even some Hollywood movies to choose from on TV. The location is very good. The hotel is above a shopping centre that offers a variety of food choices and is good for strolling around. We walked to C Future City, which is very cool. Caught taxis elsewhere and found it was pretty easy getting around. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of variety for all tastes.

Can't think of anything to comment about
