Rooms are spacious, modern and comforting, nice window view, all staff were friendly and helpful, wide variety in the open-bufet breakfast, and a good selection for dinner and late-night meals. good swimming pool and gym areas. Well located between two malls/shopping centers: the Wanda Plaza and the InTime Department Store. and well-located in the city in proximity to touristic sites, the airport, and other shopping centers, accessible within 10-15 minutes of driving.

It’s amazing to stay in this hotel what’s the main point is people @ hotel are so patience and helpful especially pearl Jerry and hyman who speaks a good english and supportful what every query we face they will respond upto the end to sort and it’s amazing. Cleanliness awesome food special care for the people who are vegitarians and last but not least I don’t know the sleep it was good and normally if we travel sleep will take some time for new place and bed but here no we will sleep fast once we lay on bed so its rocking and I plan to come regular thanks to all

Everything, I cant remember how many times I have stayed in the hotel. Compared to other options in Xiamen it is a very good value for your money. I happened to spent my birthday in the hotel and it was even arranged a surprise and delivered a cake to the room. Very polite and professional staff, special thanks to Mandy for Una for their hospitality.

Love this hotel to the moon and back. It is tastefully decorated with art pieces on every corners. The room is spacious with comfy bed and pillows of your choice (lots of them to pick from). The facilities are superb, 24hours gym and huge swimming pool, sauna, steam etc. Service is superb too. They really go and beyond to fulfil your requests. Daily breakfast is delicious ! Lastly, the location of the hotel is quite central, next to shopping mall. It is 40mins away from Xiamen University (by car) and South Putou Temple. Hence, no sea side view. Given the price charged, it is really worth for money.

We had to wait more than 4 hours prior to our flight home and after checking out, the staff member was kind enough to let us rest at the 29th floor lounge and used the facilities to our liking. We will definitely come back again when we visit XiaMen

the breakfast selections were a bit too "western" in my opinion, i'd like to see more chinese dimsum, porridge, and chang fen in the breakfast menus. The room also need to smell great, the staff do clean it, but it doesn't smell good

Room was large and modern, and felt luxurious from the moment we stepped in. Staff at the lobby and at the spa were attentive and helpful, including our receptionist Pearl. The pool closes at 10pm while the gym is 24h for hotel guests. Both are excellent facilities and would highly recommend, not being too busy even in the evening. Make sure to warm up at the sauna and hot tub in the locker room afterward! Breakfast is exactly what you would expect from a top hotel, with a good mix of western and local choices, some made to order. As for the location, although taxis are required for traveling to tourist destinations, they are still relatively convenient and not too expensive. The hotel is right next to Wanda Plaza and there is a wide selection of eateries and convenient stores, including ones open at late night which is convenient after a swim until closing time.

The room was a bit warm even during the middle of winter. Although the thermostat was set to minimum, it still felt like the temperature was much warmer than outside. With so many features in the room, some more instructions on how to operate everything would have been helpful. But the stay was excellent - I only wish I could have spent more time there!

Jerry, Audrey, Pearl and other staff made our one week stay with a baby of 8 months very pleasant, they provided great locations for food, shopping and sightseeing. The hotel is located next to a big mall literally one minute walk and is located next to a long street with lots of local restaurants. Hotel room was big, clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely come back again and recommend to other guests. Thank you for your services and see you soon.

The nice receptionist upgraded our room and we had a huge one bed with bath. The hardware are all luxurious but the cleaner need some serious retraining there was thick layer of dust on the deco and vases and rubbish littering the lift…not exactly 5 star hotel.

The cleaner also was shouting at the top of her voice in the morning asking if the guy in the room needed laundry done she was so loud I can hear her at the end of the corridor! The day after there was two cleaner outside our door gossiping at the top of their voice again.

The property has a very clean tidy and happy vibe with an excellent spa and well maintained indoor swimming pool. The bar and restaurants have a good international collection. You also have a wide collection of food options in the Wanda plaza next door.
