e Xiamen Shangri-La Hotel truly excels in every aspect. As soon as you enter the lobby, you are greeted by staff members who are all smiling and full of enthusiasm. There are attentive concierges to help carry your luggage, and the check-in process is smooth and efficient, with staff taking the time to confirm your preferences. Manager Carrie is extremely warm and proactive, introducing the hotel's facilities and amenities to me. The lobby manager, Ryan, also solved many problems for me and recommended nearby entertainment options and local delicacies and specialties，Let me feel the sense of home.

My booking included the access to the Club Lounge, which was very comfortable and made my stay very enjoying. Ladies in the Lounge - Susan Qian and her colleagues were excellent and very hospitable. Very good team there!!! Also would like to thank the receiption team, especially - Mr. Wade Xie. He was so much helpful and very professional. Other than being overcrowded at some locations due to DIOR big conference, there is nothing to complain about. Everything was good. Thanks.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable with nice sea views. The food was great. Large very modern gym. The rooms very well maintained and clean. The staff were excellent particularly the concierge service. As a female travelling for business I was very well looked after by Zoey and the team. I will be back

The building and the rooms look new. The lobby looks grand and amazing! The rooms are clean and looks relatively new. The cleaning aunty by the name of 陈春梅 was extremely warm, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and with decent amount of selection. And the kids club was spacious enough and fun to play in. The hotel location was very near the beach if you like the sea, but it is not very near any eateries, though a 5-min taxi can bring to some shopping malls nearby. Overall a great experience!

Value for money, so cheap and is a 5 star hotel. Rooms were spacious and breakfast was amazing. Heaps of healthy options. Staff were incredibly helpful and they tried their best to speak English for me (since I could not speak Mandarin).

The breakfast was okay. Not much choice for a Muslim like me. But we enjoyed the Miso Soup and Cold Noodle. It was really nice. The hotel allowed me to extend check-out time to 3 pm which was really helpful as our flight was at 730pm.

It would be much better if the staff could communicate in English. It was difficult to communicate here even for easy questions like - "How do I get to the nearest Starbucks?"

Great service in a very nice hotel. After 3 weeks traveling around China this was the best most hospitable place we stayed.

Lots of construction between hotel and beach made it difficult to walk to beach, not really hotels fault

Breakfast was amazing, looked forward to it every day. The gym was next level and the lounge bar nice. The rooms were fabulous.

The service was a little slow, the communication with staff often difficult. The food and wine choices in the lounge were limited.

Traveling for work and needing a great place to stay which was relaxing and super friendly with care. As so typical with the Shangri La group they exceed in support. The further away from home I will always try to stay at a Shangri La Hotel
