Good room size. Great design. Lovely pool

Staff were a little slow to respond. I noticed one member of the breakfast front of house. With a very dirty jacket and trousers carrying plates and bowl me in his hands the plates rubbing against his dirty jacket before he put them out. His hair was un-kept and his shirt was not properly buttoned. Sorry to pick on this individually but he stood out from the rest of the experience.

Surprisingly beautiful lobby of the hotel with a lovely ambience and colorful lighting. Very helpful and humble staff at front desk with with a professional smile . The young lady at the front desk was so kind that she took approval for us for free extra bed we needed. Wonderful room decoration and bathroom amenities. Most lavish systems installed in room.

We like the design of the room wall and the hotel LED flooring and wall. Breakfast is great for us because of the varieties of food selection. We were greeted and hotel walkaround by GM Ms Spring Hang and warm hospitality provided by Director Of Operation Mr Bryan Long. Thanks to them!
