fantastic stay in this hotel. A little out of the centre but definitely worth staying here. We were so well looked after. Starting with meeting Jeffrey who was amazing. Rooms were very spacious with loads of room. Not interconnecting but doors right next to each other. large beds allowing out 3 children 14,13 and 10 to sleep together. Nice and cool. Seperate ac for large bathroom (seperate bath and shower) which when left off allowed us to dry some clothes. Amazing breakfast and superb 51st floor dining restaurant which was very reasonably priced when we visited - they have a western section as well as a xi'an bbq section - we preferred the BBQ section. Fantastic staff - alot spoke fantastic english. exceptional concierge arranging trip to Hua Mountain - you need at least 11 hours!. 10-15 minute walk from metro station.

The staff was very helpful with any problem. The lady at the reception (reception manager/guest reception) treated us with maximum professionalism and kindness, showed all her availability and solved all our requests. Varied breakfast, including traditional products. The swimming pool is very ok.

Very good - welcoming and helpful staff

The breakfast stops at 10 but it was hard to find clear tables on occasions - staff do not seem to remove finished plates as diners progress through the meal and that means ( perhaps that is a local thing) that there is a lot to clear at the end when the diners leave . I was desperate for somebody to clear the stacked up plates on my table when I’d finished with them myself !!

Amazing room, very clean and in walking distance from the old city wall. The breakfast was excellent too.

Room service bar code didn’t work for me and I had some trouble with the staff to get something ordered by phone. When I got to the reception they were very apologetic and helped to order the food. Just a minor issue

Overall good hotel, amazing breakfast, good position and nice services

They don’t speak English at all and rooms are old and needs to be renovated. Moreover, smell of cigarettes in the room - I suppose due to air conditioning

Breakfast is excellent, variety of Chinese and western food. We enjoyed the Chinese burger( traditional Xi'an meat patty)

We liked most of services that the Ho two provide. My-bee it will better do have more umbrellas that customers staying at the hotel can barrow during rainy day.

Staff were great and extremely helpful. The suites are lovely to stay in with wonderful views, the food in the main restaurant was delicious and had cuisines from around the world as well as local food. Mr Wang was a great concierge at the desk too

Location, the architecture of the building, lobby, generous breakfast, businesshotel and they know what is important for the crowd they cater to

A small point of improvement might be English proficiency with staff.

Excellent location and the property was truly 5 stars, modern. We stayed in a superior king room so, don’t know about the others rooms but ours was incredible. Views, bathroom with shower and tub, smart toilet, everything.

Easy access to many places like shopping malls, short walk to the Xi’an Museum and park and a short walk to the metro station. Buffet breakfast have a very good spread and service staff were very helpful.
