I have been to this hotel three times now; it is one of my favourite hotels in the world! Great value for money especially when given the amazing view of the city wall & entertaining square. Service was excellent even assisting with taxi booking and currency exchange. Few tips for fellow travellers from abroad to optimise this amazing location: one of the best espresso I had in China so far was at Rendezvous cafe in SKP shopping mall across the street. You'll find great food generally within the area including street food and for anyone looking for less spicy food there is a great Russian restaurant across the street. Hairdressing facilities and cinemas nearby are also affordable and providing superb service.

It was good to easily approach the famous places in the city. All of the staff members of the hotel was very kind and professional. Room in which I stayed was indeed comfortable and free from noise. All of the views outside the room were nice and fantastic. Cost-effectiveness of the hotel is indeed excellent so that I would like to recommend all of the potential foreign visitors to Xi'an city to stay in the hotel.

Hotel restaurant was excellent in many respects. It was just a shame that some soups were a bit salty.

The friendliness & politeness of your front desk staff, the concierge & even the housekeeper. All are very helpful. Special thanks to Zhang Yang, he helped to attend to all my needs for transportation. There is another lady at front desk that can speak very fluent English, I forgotten her name. Thumbs up to her & do put her as a service ambassador to attend to English speaking tourists like me - impressive Bed, room, water pressure in bathroom - very good & I'm lucky to hv a room facing the gorgeous City Wall..super beautiful at night. Very good spread of breakfast served Location superb..nearby to tourist attractions, many street foods available & shopping mall - all within walking distance

All good, just some feedback : Will be better if yr hotel hv swimming pool Piano lady should wear Hanfu dress to help promote the boutique at the lobby Would be nice if there is a lounge / bar for drinking at the ground floor

The hotel location is great. 2 mins walking distance to a subway station ( main line). Room is spacious and the bedlinen and towels are great standard. There are many shopping malls within walking distance. Food, supermarket, massage, shopping are all within walking distance. Only 2-3 subway stations away to the Muslim Quarter, Bell and Drum Towers. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Felt like an old hotel BUT a clean one.

Front desk and concierge are attentive and very helpful and polite. Great service. They speak basic English but will go out of their way to assist you. Close to Metro. Large rooms. Comfy beds. Impressive building. Near food shops and attractions. On Line 2 of the Metro with easy access to many places of interest including the main train station where you can get on the bullet trains. Nice buffet breakfast spread.

The aesthetic and look of the hotel is very pleasant and fancy, while also being at a very good price for its value. The bell tower is about a 10 minute walk away and there are multiple shopping centres right next to the hotel which are great for lunch or dinner. The staff were all exceptionally friendly.

Some small areas needed a bit more polishing (for example the doors), but that doesn’t take away from the experience or the beautiful stay here.

Property is at the best location overlooking to the Ming great wall with lots of good local food stalls in the evening, transportation is easy to connect to other tourist spots, metro station is just outside the hotel with 4 underground exits to all directions made safety crossing the busy streets .

Great location, close to subway and the main entrance to the old city wall. It had an inviting comfortable lobby with cafe and a musical performance at 5pm Concierge was helpful with a tour to the Warriors.

Breakfast aims to cater for Westerners, but a better quality cereal, such as granola, would be better. There is a Bircher muesli but very runny and basic.

Checked in very quickly and taken to our room. Room was clean and comfortable. Great shower. Location was excellent, just outside the South gate and we had a great view of everything that was going on. Close to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Breakfast was excellent having wide range of Western and Chinese foods.

Staff did not speak English and needed to use a translation app.

The staff make the stay. Jason and Dung specifically. Ran into a major problem with an external service provider. These two were magnificent, so much so that I felt the need to write to the manager to commend both. "Jack" at the front desk - the master of the translation app!!!! - Great fun and we enjoyed a laugh.loved the stay here and happy to recommend to anyone.
