There was nothing to dislike about the experience.

You’re 10 minutes walk from one of the main walking street and 3 minutes from one dynasty show (tang paradise) that I really enjoyed. The espresso in the lobby was really good! Berry from the red level lounge, who is the most skilled English speaker I met in China so far, went the extra mile and helped a lot even behind her duties.

Although everyone in the staff tries their best to help, even with people at the reception I had some communication issue in English. Nothing that wasn’t promptly solved involving other members of the staff. Few English tv channels - I will book again here

The room is spacious and with a nice balcony to relax and is right next to scenic Furong Park with many dining options nearby.

The room has slight scent of cigarette upon arrival and a piece of hair was found on the towel rack. The water pressure could be stronger.

We were welcomed by a very friendly staff who had to break to us the bad news that the pool was in deep cleaning mode. This was a big disappointed for us since we booked the hotel for having a pool. However, they went out of their way to arrange the possibility for us to swim at hotels in the vicinity (The W and Grand Hyatt) and they invited us to their daily happy hour drink and food buffet. Which more than compensated for the absence of an in house pool.

As stated above, they chose to deep clean their pool in June, which was unfortunate. But they solved it very professionally.

The room chosen was fantastic with own balcony and a nice view, on the site it is called lakeview, however there is no lake, but a kind of Pont with water fountains that unfortunately did not work. The hotel has a fantastic entrance and once inside a large reception and modern. The room had fantastic fresh colors.

For such a hotel a proper coffee machine instead of Nescafe bags should be available. 3. One evening we used dinner in the Spanish restaurant of the hotel and the food was fantastic. However when leaving the restaurant the floor various in heights (steps) that should for reason of safety be indicated (yellow/black) also the staff showing us out did not pointed out the step. In short causing my brother (difficult mobility) to fall seriously.

Our room was nice and beds comfortable. However, the corridor and lobby smelled like cigarettes. Breakfast had a wide selection, although quality was average. My kids loved the ice cream. The location was good, walkable to restaurants and pretty close to most main attractions.

Disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay. Certain areas of the hotel felt dated.

The room was tastefully designed, with touches of elegance throughout. Access to Red level was a true privilege with the amazing and attentive service we received. We also really enjoyed using the pool, and looked forward to coming back to the hotel after busy sightseeing schedules.

Even though we were only there for two days we were very pleased with the location of the hotel, it is close to a park which is beautifully lit in the evening. Staff very helpful w warm thanks to the main manager David who looked after us very well until the very end he was very kind and courteous. I hope we can come back here again sometime .

Perfect location with shopping malls, loads of good food and beautiful parks nearby. The hotel was quite clean and well equipped. Room was comfortable and spacious, staff are extremely helpful

Well located, good and detailed service. Room was spacious and high ceilings with seclusive view of the city. Near Popular Tang Dynasty and walking streets.

The room cleaning service was not very good. The first night bar area was not refreshed with new supplies and tables are not clean with stains.
