Beautiful property in a perfect location. The service was great. There was a wide breakfast spread offering Western / International as well as Chinese food. Since we were travelling during winter, there was no air-con and the room was too warm for my family. However, I was able to get housekeeping to open the window to get some fresh air, the hotel staff was also fast to provide air-cooler and humidifier for us.

The cafe can be crowded and may be difficult to get a table in the morning. The service staff should assign table instead of letting hotel guests find their table during breakfast. Some guests can be rude when trying to secure a table as there is no first-come-first-serve rule.

I did not book with breakfast - had my own protein shakes however I was upgraded after extending my stay and the breakfast was incredible - so much choice in differing cultures. The Chef Mukesh Singh was very engaging, even brought me my coffee personally as they were closing, great service. My room was more than I could have expected with so much attention to detail even in the desk drawer equipped with office supplies like gem-clips, scissors and file clips. So many details in the dressing room/walkin cupboard and the bath, wow! Even the entrance, Lounge and walkways to the adjacent gym and pool are sublime. As for the view: my huge window had clever curtaining ensuring by overlapping, there was no light creeping in through the usual time change, circadian rhythm the body goes through flying west to east... looking out across Tang Mall and watching the evening live Dynasty Show every night prompted me to actually get to the front of the stage and watch it live. Location - there are many malls with western stores like Zara however the INTIME Mall adjacent to the hotel is a treat - especially the Lyften product store for salty snacks and the supermarket on the lower level is a dream of luscious produce however only Alipay or cash (not wechat pay) is accepted so also download Alipay for simplicity. Front desk manager Harvey Wang just made my stay even more memorable: your care, professionalism and a greeting wherever you saw me was well received, as was my parting Xi'an gift, thank you Sir.

Only one suggestion - the swimming pool temperature was uncomfortably cold.

The hotel is in the Great Tang All Day Mall, which is a large area enclosed with stalls, restaurants, and shops for snacks, meals, and souvenirs, and with statues, fountains, and walking streets for leisure and entertainment. We stayed here for five nights and had all our dinner at five different restaurants. It is said that prices here are at the upper end. But for tourists like us who are not accustomed to very local foods and the manner of getting seats and ordering foods, spending our evenings here is definitely a much better choice. We were not bored here at all. Everything is closed at 11 pm.

There is a swimming pool. Just don’t expect it as one in a resort where you can do something else other than swimming. It’s perfectly fine. Just that I did not plan to exercise on my holiday. There are a nice gym and a decent place for massage and spa. Swimming and gym are free.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, very good full 25 m pool.

Although friendly and trying hard, staff wasn’t always very professional. Check-in was sort of complicated, because first they gave me a different price than the one I had on Booking.com. Then they wanted some extra guarantee payment although I had already paid the room rate in advance. I asked for a room with a view, and we got rooms with view to the inner courtyard.

Staffs are nice, helpful & smile; I am impressed! Hotel looks great & the location is excellent!

The concierge is very nice by helping me to purchase air tickets which is greatly appreciated. However, I think, they may over charge me with their service fee which has room for improvement!

Excellent location, situated right in the middle of the Tang walking street, luxury rooms beautifully decorated, clean and very SPACIOUS!! That’s a wowser for me. Very comfortable bed and beddings. Immaculate service.

The swimming pool is a little far from the guest rooms, also no steam/sauna. Everything else is perfect.

Nice location, right on the walking street (Da tang bu ye cheng). Staffs are really helpful. Large room with everything you need.

Almost perfect, but there was a coffee spill on the floor from the previous guest. As I wiped it off, i was shocked to see how dirty the floor was.

Room got upgraded as connecting rooms where not available, staff very very friendly and supportive. Love the icecreams from reception as a little extra

Not everywhere in the hotel is enough aircondition, room airconditioning is very good.
