The hotel's facilities and services were excellent. We were provided with a pair of connecting rooms, which were very convenient and comfortable for our family. The room condition was also superb. Although it is about a 15-minute walk from the nearest subway station, the hotel is located in a quiet area and offers a full range of amenities, including a swimming pool and restaurants. Exploring the many historical sites and museums in Xi'an, and staying at one of the city's top hotels, will surely make for an unforgettable and memorable trip.

It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Line 4 and around 12 minutes to Line 6.

The lobby creates an amazing first impression. Large rooms decorated in traditional style; hotel is located in a vibrant part of the old town with numerous restaurants in close proximity; bed is extremely comfortable and generous in size with good pillow options; quality towels and bathroom amenities. Separate shower and toilet cubicles for absolute privacy; fabulous water pressure in shower; large bath-tub. Extensive menu options at breakfast. Located approx.600 metres from Wulukou metro station with access to lines 1 & 4. Front desk team was very welcoming and courteous albeit with limited English.

Poor selection of tea & coffee – only 3 teabags and basic Nescafe sachets – expect much better from Hilton

A thoroughly enjoyable stay . The hotel was very well placed for sight seeing many places walking distance like the city walls ,the rooms were very comfortable and spotless . Breakfast at the hotel had an incredible choice to choose from. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly especially “Angel “who who spent alot of time helping us make a booking at an Airport hotel further down the road , and “Joneszi “who found us a wonderful Tour Guide for Xi’an and the Terra-cotta warriors , and was always around to find us the right places to go and see.

Staying in Hilton Xi’an was a very wise decision for my first trip to this historical and renowned city in the world. With the help of the extremely conscientious staff in Hilton, my maiden trip to Xi’an turned out to be very smooth and unforgettable. I want to give my endless thanks to Jones Zhao , manager of Concierge who helped me work out my trip plan including the reservation of tickets to the Terra-cotta and Shanxi Historical museum which would have been impossible to get with my own means, and picking up and seeing off at the airport over a long time before my trip patiently, considerately and successfully. Also my thanks would go to his colleague, Mr. Wang Xingwei who was helping me call Didi for all my trips to the attractions and back with utmost patience , courtesy and attention to all my needs. Last but not least, on my departure for an early flight today, Monday, Hilton staff prepared a decent breakfast bag for me as well as a takeout Americano coffee , very touching, let alone the hotel’s perfect location, very comfortable bed, a very clean and big room with spacious bathroom and modern facilities. I will definitely go back to Hilton in future! Thank you all!

Easy to find from directions, staff were exceptionally helpful and couldn't do enough to help especially *龙(个人)who helped us book our train tickets and gave us additional information about the Chinese holiday period that was very useful! Breakfast was great and restocked constantly, whatever the time. Truly well managed and trained staff. Also some lovely dancers presented themselves in the hotel foyer as an added bonus and it was so beautiful to see. room was beautiful and spotlessly clean.

The overall hotel decor was modern but still authentic to the area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were good size, very clean and comfortable. The Executive room booked, also included breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour- which we enjoyed. The location of hotel was so handy to walk to local food and shops.

Our room temperature thermostat seemed not working well. Room continued to be overly hot and bit uncomfortable because of the temperature.

Staff are very friendly, many of them speak English, the doorman / concierge was very friendly and helpful. Location is a bit far from the subway although it's still within a walking distance but we used uber to travel everywhere so it didn't really matter to us. Breakfast was great, some may want more western food options but we're from SE Asia therefore we were content. The room size was standard, slightly outdated but was clean and comfortable overall. The indoor pool was clean and enjoyable. It was a positive experience and would definitely consider coming back.

The room view is not that great (view of residential apartment buildings) but perhaps nothing can be done given the city location of the hotel. On the other hand, we were given a room at the highest floor (9th) which we appreciated.

The room is spacious and clean. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The location is good, a short distance to the wall, where a long walk on top of the wall or below the wall (on the water side) is highly recommended.

We enjoyed our Stay, except the strong air-conditioning in club-lounge and restaurants, in where were very cold. The drink- and food- assortment in the club lounge is quite limited. The foods in the Chinese restaurant was over-priced and does not taste authentic Cantonese - cuisine.

Spacious rooms. Quiet. Jones Zhao on concierge was totally awesome and helped with tours etc. front desk provided a cake for my son’s birthday, although never requested.

The restaurant was always empty so not particularly inviting and menu didn’t really lend itself to snacks / quick eats.

The hotel lobby was very nice, the breakfast buffet was good, the beds were comfortable, the service in the lounge was very good.

The view from the rooms was not very nice. One of the rooms had a connecting door through which you could hear everything from the neighboring room.
