Great spot! I stayed here to enjoy carnival and was very happy with the location to engage with the festivities. Taxis were always close by and the park nearby had great after parties! Breakfast was okay, but had no veggie options.

I was hoping to use the hotel wifi, but it only worked in certain areas and NOT the room. On our final day (of two) the shower ran out of water, which led to a silly situation of me rinsing my body in the sink. I will say, after 5 weeks in Colombia, this is more of a region issue than the hotel.

The people were very nice. There is a parking lot and the breakfast was really good.

The room was very old. The next day, at 8 o’clock were drilling in the floor above. It was quite noisy, impossible to sleep after 8 am. The infrastructure is quite old.

The breakfast was a good portion and good taste.

The beds Springs felt like i had been stabbed all night. Woke up with body ache. I spoken to the front desk clerk asking for a better bed, but no a care for my comfort. I even offered to pay more for a comfortable bed. Also we saw several cockroaches. Not a pleasant view.

Nice, friendly and professional staff. The price was good and the breakfast included with the stay was a plus.

My room: - there were no windows. - there was no hot/warm running water - had very poor wifi (80% of time) - had ni seating other than on bed - was not handicap ready (bath area a death trap) - poor lighting, no mirror - no shuttle service (website states shuttle seevice) -

The room is fairly large, and the bed is comfortable. The location is very good, in a central street, close to a lot of restaurants and bars.

Horrible check-in experience, the lobby is dirty and shabby; we checked-in with a middle-aged man, who was very rude. At the time of going to bed, we said goodnight to him, and he did not even answer. The attitude of staff in general extremely poor, especially the middle-aged men. The female staff was helpful and ok, but the men were really horrible. Food quality for breakfast is passable.
