The property was in good condition, offcourse must have some renovation. staf was really really amazing, helpfull how ever the move to another room since the 11 floor was changing the room. but every thing waz perfect.

The location is near every thing, also they have front of the hotel 2 small markets, nearby the buena vista.

I stayed for 12 days in GHL and I really loved Everything!, The staff, the room, the breakfast, the pool for my daughters and the little shopping mall they have on the ground floor! I will definitely stay again there if I have to go back to Barranquilla!

The beds were comfortable, good location close to Buenavista Shopping centre, breakfast was ok but I wish there would be more choice and the coffee available at all time instead of asking for.

I don't think it was 5 star standard, rather 3 star in Europe. Pool was a bit outdated.

The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great. If they don't have what you want as part of the buffet, just ask. They'll have it made for you. We took a cab to the beach for $5, The club entrance to the beach was also $5. The Mall is a $2 cab ride.

For some reason they have an issue with the laundry room was no towels inn the room when I checked in and this was the second time I stayed there about week before also no towels in there room when I checked in

I love the breakfasts very nice and clean, the food was fresh I like that you have dishes from Barranquilla, all the food was good.

There was no one to take our suitcases to the room. When checking the hotel did not provide assistance with our bags

The hotel is comfortable and it has all you need for a business trip. I loved the bed size, room distribution and the desk with chair to work. The bathroom is also very spacious.

Room service cant be charged to your room. They make you pay at the time of delivery. A bit frustrating because i dont always keep a lot of Colombian pesos on me at the end of the day or when i go upstairs to the rooftop bar and pool area. If you have a card on file at check in why not tally the bill at the end of the stay. I also had asked for the room to be cleaned as i broke a glass and it was left uncleaned all night with glass i had to pickup with my hands versus a simple broom. I later stepped on a missed shard of glass and cut my foot. One night i had room service asked for my plates to be picked up and that also never happened. I had to ask the next day at 12 when the room was being cleaned. Its the little things that can bother me.
