- vending machine in the coworking is super loud and should be standing in front of the room - kitchen should have some steam capturing device or the whole room smells after cooking - extra fee for early checkin (before 15 oclock) - water in the shower takes long till it gets warm - cabinet space small for more than 1 person

The hotel features modern decorations and excellent comfort. Its quiet atmosphere and proximity to shopping and dining options are also very good.

The online check-in process was frustrating due to the system's inability to accept our required document photos. Despite multiple attempts with different images, the platform consistently rejected them. Additionally, I noticed an unexpected charge on my final bill. Upon inquiring at the front desk, I was informed that this charge did not originate from the hotel, but was an additional fee from Booking. I find this explanation inadequate and believe that Booking should take immediate action to resolve this issue regarding the 49,900 pesos charge.

- I didn’t appreciate having to go for an entire week without any housekeeping. I expected to get my sheets changed at some point. For the price paid, I expected better. For this reason, I recommend this property for a shorter stay of a few days. - Having to pay for the washing machine was a bit stingy given the price paid for the accommodation, and there was no detergent for sale so I couldn’t wash my clothes. Again, good for a shorter stay of a few days.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly. The first night we had a problem with the electricity in our room, we were given another room for the night and then a new room the following day for the rest of our stay, which matched the type of room we had booked. There was hot water, good air conditioning, comfortable beds (a bit hard but very good), and a kitchenette with basic cooking utensils. Also there was a washing machine and dryer available for guests to use. The location is also great, several restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. Felt safe and comfortable walking around there.

We only received one key for two people. An extra key could be obtained for an extra fee. This seems like a bad policy since we booked a studio apartment type room for two people for several days. I definitely think two keys should be the policy. The electricity problem in the first room also was a bad experience, which luckily was resolved quickly to our satisifaction. Only the most basic kitchen utensils are provided, no coffee maker, no kitchen towels, no colander/strainer.

The place was very quiet and had very good amenities for the time we were staying in the city. It is in a very good location and walking distance from very good shopping mall and restaurants. Good wifi and good co working spaces

The jacuzzi wasn't functional yet, which was a bummer. The AC a times entered the fan mode and the room got a bit warm. The AC was right in front of one of the beds, so be careful to no catch a cold.

Everything was great, from the staff to the room. The Buenavista Mall is a short walk away. Also, a grocery market if you don't want to spend on eating out. Lots to eat and places to listen to music.

Traffic noise could be worst, but nothing to really complain about. I stayed in the 4th floor. I didn't like that I had to leave!

This place had everything we needed. We had a spacious modern room with two beds and a kitchenette. We had a car and we had free private parking in their garage. We were within walking distance of the shopping center and there's a guy selling fruit on the corner across from the hotel.

We enjoyed the stay very much. No complaints.

Dark, not enough lights, especially in the kitchen/dining area. Tiny bathroom that gets wet after taking a shower. They give only one towel per person and if you ask for more you won’t get them. The smell of the air freshener is overwhelming, not a good idea.

Rooms are spacious, location was perfect, walking distance from mayor shopping area and supermarket right around the corner! The staff was super friendly and helpful at all times.

It’s the only hotel that I’ve stayed that was never cleaned in the one week I spent there, well the exception was that they emptied the trash cans once! Towels were changed once and only because we asked for it, and some of the services listed on this app were non existent!

The facilities are modern, clean, and comfortable. Easy enough to check in. The location is most excellent, a short walk to the big buenavista mall. The washer and dryer are new and work well.

Due to it not being a hotel but rather apartment style rentals, the service was not particularly warm. The provided dishes/cooking utensils were somewhat limited. A key and reserved time is necessary to use the washer and dryer.
