Diana really made my stay here awesome. She is a great manager, I really would’ve been lost without her. They have a family vibe here, and also made me feel like family. The staff members were nice to me. It was my first time in Barranquilla, and it was great. My room was clean and very home like with a great view of the city. It was hot when I first entered the room and then temperature was adjusted to my liking by the bellman. Has pool on the roof with a great view. A gym which I didn’t find out about until my last day. Overall great experience great people.

What didn’t like was the bathroom. The entrance was too small there was a vent window which leads to the hallway, which invades privacy. The toilet water pressure wasn’t that good. Also I didn’t like the shower head was on top the floor was very slippery when soapy and water. Had to buy an anti slip shower mat. Water wasn’t as hot as I wanted also pressure. In room washer/dryer was very confusing to use crappy in my opinion. I guess it steam dries, you are just better hanging up your clothes to air dry. Room next to me was playing loud music possibly long term lodgers idk. For breakfast would’ve love to see bacon, sausage, hash browns, grits, oatmeal etc

Property excellently located. Hotel, rooms, restaurants, etc. well located. Front Desk staff very welcoming and helpful. "Wendy" who I'd met several years ago, now promoted, as I understand. A great attribute to the hotel! "Maria" at the downstairs and bar and restaurant most definitely an asset to the Crowne Plaza Team! Diana at front desk, so helpful and friendly and knew her business. Breakfast excellent. I most definitely will be returning to the Barranquilla Crowne Plaza!

This is our third time in Barranquilla and this was our favorite hotel. The facilities including the pool and gym were excellent. Breakfast was a fantastic display of food. Our room was very spacious with nice views of the city. The staff was very kind and helpful especially Amaury, the room service cleaning staff went above and beyond without being asked, and the staff at the restaurant. The young staff at the front desk can use a little polishing and put the phones away to tend to their guests better and greet everyone. But we will definitely stay here for our next visit to Barranquilla. The location is fantastic with an incredible selection of restaurants and shopping literally at your step. Parks nearby - really recommend. We entertained our family on the 13th floor for drinks and dinner and had a lovely time. Thank you CROWNE plaza.

The front desk staff needs a little extra training in hospitality

Location is safe and lots of bars restaurants near by. The shopping is also opposite The food in the restaurant was very good.

The pool gets a little crowded as the area to sit is small. Breakfast was ok, not in line with English tastes. A little English spoken within the hotel.

Great and pleasant staff, clean, safe and bustling location, quiet, good breakfast, comfortable bed, and sufficiently nice fitness room -

Room 914 had a shower floor when wet and scary slippery when soaped - had a hard time regulating the water because it was too hot - shower head was small and cheap. Fitness room often did not have enough towels and there was nothing to wipe the equipment down after usage, which caused the equiiment to remain dirty because staff did not clean it either.

The staff at this Crown Plaza are amazing, welcoming, and kind. The room was clean, cozy, and modern. Everyone was very kind and patient with me being that I don't speak Spanish. I was taken care of from arrival to departure. I loved that rooms are spacious, spa-like, with marble-like tiles instead of carpet. My 5-night stay felt like my own flat in Barranquilla. Very clean, hospitable, and beautifuly decorated. I loved the location, it's in the heart of all the touristy things, and the drive to other activities isn't bad either. Next time, I will have learned some Spanish!

The AC in the gym was broken for most of our trip and I actually plan to write to the management because it was a big deterrent. On thr last day, it aeems to be working. I would like to have some $$ compensation for this, as all three of us (we booked 2 rooms for a week) work out daily - and it was not good for us…OTHER than that - we couldn’t have asked for more from your wonderful staff.

It is too noisy inside. Third floor room 303 impossible to sleep with the party. Floor below pool bar impossible to sleep due the party noise, music.

Breakfast was pretty standard and the room was excellent. I was there for work so was out most of the day. The bed was very comfortable and wifi worked great, which allowed me to continue working effortlessly. I didn't use the pool but got a chance to visit one of the evenings. It looked great. Amaury and other staff were exceptional as always. Everyone was always eager to assist with anything that I needed, plus I would get these really good local sweets everyday.

I think overall, it was great value for money. I can't think of anything that I would change to be honest.
