This place is small but incredibly warm. Staff at the counter are always willing to help you and care about you all the time. Even the staff in early morning, who I think needed a little more training, always were there to help you with anything you need. I really liked when I had a problem with Wi-Fi in the initial room I have been assigned but they kindly allowed to change to a new room with better Wi-Fi. I totally recommend this place.

I arrived very early at 8 am and they did not offer me early check-in, I had the money to pay for that additional, maybe there was no room available at that time but they did not let me know about that possibility. It would have been nice to know why. I had to wait in the lobby while I was working with my laptop until 3 pm.

We arrived well past midnight from the airport. Even though 11pm is their official end of check-in time they were happy to accommodate us and were expecting our arrival. As a family of 5 we were blown away when we arrived at our hotel room. Very spacious, clean, comfortable and safe. Breakfast was delightfully traditional and very tasty.

Does not have elevators, very hard for people like me (I am 81 years old) climbing the stairs. Breakfast is almost the same every day, the kitchen does not have any basic condiments, except salt. No hot water period.

for a solo traveller like myself, perfect (probably for families great aswell, but I can’t answer on that) very clean, great one on one staff. very helpful and boutiques are always more personal than large oversized hotels.

no hot water for the shower?? Jesus…. I know it’s a very hot city and you sweat a lot, but that doesn’t mean we all want cold showers!

Everything was ok. Good breakfast. Location and also the price was good.

The window that connected to the dining room. At night the light came through the curtian in the room. And early in the morning the noice of people having their breakfast.

Great location. Comfortable rooms. Amazing breakfast. All day coffee, tea and water available. Overall great price/value ratio. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

No English speaking staff. Although they were all friendly and helpful, i had some difficulty communicating for a beginner in the language.

Limited water pressure. Just barely enough to take a shower. Don't even think about hot water. Room had no windows but was quiet for sleeping.
