Rooftop sun terrace with two jaccuzi's, very comfortabel and quiet room which is a relieve after spending most of the day in very loud carnaval music, various restaurants and a big mall in walking distance. Cleaning lady on the 9th floor very friendly and helpfull.

Location is quite far from the center of town, reception staff did not provide adequate information about the where and when of the carnaval activities while this is one of the biggest events this town has. They also do not speak English. Check in procedure takes way too long and when we extended our stay all the paperwork had to be filled out again. Keycards were not programmed correctly which caused us four (!) extra trips to the reception since we could not enter our room again.

A fairly standard stay at a large corporate hotel, while attending Barranquilla carnival. Room was large & comfortable, with good air conditioning, & staff ere nice enough.

Breakfast wasn’t special, and it was crowded in the breakfast area (though the hotel was at capacity due the carnival, so perhaps no surprise!). However, much preferred the personal touch of the small B&Bs we stayed at for most of our Colombia trip.

The breakfast was good with local food options. It is very close to Viva shopping mall, making it very convenient and the walk there is short and safe.

The only thing is that the machine to heat the water and make coffee does not warn you if the water there gets fully boiled. I also do not know if Barranquilla's water is drinkable. That would be a nice warning.

good location. slow staff and could not find one English speaking but it's OK

staff at desk and bar were slow. they were unable to make the 2 room keys work. i went back 3 days in a row with the 2 keys to solve the problem, but was not satisfied. only on the 3rd day, it worked finally on the third attemp to have 2 working card keys

I had an issue at check-in, but I had the luck the Hotel Manager came to help me out, and he did! I was frustrated, but at the end The maanager delivered what I can call a great customer experience. Wil return!

in the same building as a medical center. bad organization at breakfast time. jacuzzis were cold, and not very clean. they are next to extractor fans on another hotel. no room service. very little room to store clothes in the room. roof leaks outside room 1103. the hotel solution was to place a metal bucket underneath the drip. this just made the sound of the leak louder. hotel is expensive by comparison to other hotels with better amenities.

The customer service was exceptional.

There was nothing to dislike.

The staff specially housekeepers were extemely nice.

The area, jus a couple of blocks away from doctors, malls ans the carnaval, the experience was amazing.

Profesional staff, comfortable room, great water pressure. Good internet. Room comes with a safe to protect valuables, easy to use. Easy to get a taxi, close proximity to a pharmacy and Juan Valdez next door. Restaurant onsite and they serve nice cocktails.. Hot breakfast served every morning.

Couldn't find anything to complain about.
