The hotel staff were always helpful, kind and respectful. Good gentlemen. Receptionists are Always willing to be of service and Greeting everyday. Never had any problems. The rooms are always clean with functional TVs'. Cleaners are friendly and always helpful and respectful. The gym is small, but useful if you know what you're doing. The breakfasts were always 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The environment is safe and very welcoming. Active security presence & well protected. Overall, it has been a very good experience. I recommend it to anyone.

The location is great. It's an apartment with two rooms. There is a big fridge that's very useful in the hot weather of the town. They offered us vegan pancakes at breakfast along with fresh melon juice.

On arrival we asked for some coffee which we couldn't have as the staff were having lunch. There is a kitchen that can't be used as there are no utensils. Anyway we didn't need it. There is a very good vegan restaurant two blocks from the hotel, The Vegan Garden.

The gym I didn’t like.I had to join another gym nearby.The equipments not working very old.

Amenities excellent. Very comfortable.

In most rooms that I could see (including our bedroom, bathroom and the breakfast room), there was no window. A bar (even part-time would be useful)

The staff are welcoming and attentive. The location is good, near restaurants and other services. It is an excellent value.

My complaint with all hotels in Colombia: You must insert your room key to turn on the air conditioning. So when you leave the room, the air is off. Then you return to a hot room.

Location, staff, breakfast, and cleanliness! We loved this place! We didn't know that they only provide kitchen utensils when the stay is from 3 days up. However, when we asked for some utensils they provided them.

For some reason they just gave us 3 towels for 3 people and although I told them that and asked for a third towel, they never brought it. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!

Quiet location and okay breakfast. Very friendly staff. Hotel has hot water to shower, which is not always the case in Barranquilla. Rooms are spacey.
