I love the location. It’s very close to restaurants. The breakfast was good, a variety of options and the best chicken soup in the world. Very kind staff and they clean the area frequently when people are eating.

I didn’t expect my room to be super small. No drawers, security box, extra towels (hand or face) no closet, I guess that’s what I paid for; however, I stayed for one night and it was perfect for us. It won’t fit my needs if I need a longer stay.

Great staff, location is amazing, breakfast available, room service was excellent. Overall I loved the neighborhood proximity to the mall(Viva) and restaurants(Chori/Popsy). Wall art was unique.

The downtown location is close to everything so it takes the drama of taxis out of the equation

The small toilet area and where it's placed in the room is weird

The furniture in the lobby, specifically the couches, are dated and need to be replaced. You sunk into them as opposed to sitting on them.

Beds, shower, clenleness, service, great breakfast, location, but above all friendliness of all the staff, all of them efficient. Good job and we think can come back

No bad points here

Basic room with all that is necessary. I felt the bed was very good, and the air conditioning was good enough. There was hot water too which is a bonus because many hotels on the coast don't have it. Excellent, I would stay again.

We had an embarrassing moment in the lift where you need to scan your room card before you select the floor. The reception staff should say because another couple haf the same issue.

Everything was fine. The facilities were ok and served the purpose. Room was comfortable, a bit small.

I think there should be a separate elevator for the cleaning crew so that they can do their jobs without any inconvenience.

The staff around the breakfast is very attentive. Also, the breakfast was good.

I would like to have at least one glass to drink water or a plate for a small snack that I bring to the room. That was missing.

the bathroom I am a big size women with disability issues it was hard for me to use the toilet it was too small and no comfortable at all . the shower too slippery .

No-frills stay. Good location. Impeccable. Kind staff.

Air conditioning wasn’t working in hallways or it was turned off.
