Great location for Carnaval, a.short walk away from the parade site and surrounding area is really upmarket with lots of cool eateries and bars. Loved the atmosphere of the Carnaval Weekend with the band by the pool at breakfast and generaly the ambience. Stayed an extra night so I could enjoy the Tuesday events and everyone was super helpful and friendly to a non Spanish speaking Englishman. Room was great, comfy bed - Fast WiFi, soft towels. Great breakfasts with a cooked to order egg / omelette / arepa stand and an amazing buffet of both traditional Colombian food and Continental choices.

Everything was cool, I had read not so good things about Baranquilla but I found it to be a really kind, friendly & fun place.

Stayed here for the carnival and it was great. It is a 30-45 min walk to the carnival, which was fine - and then far enough to get a good sleep from all the music. Very good facilities with 2 pools, comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. The electronic curtains was the best feature ☺️

The reception is not very informative regarding carnival - otherwise all good. Not much to do around the area and only expensive restaurants nearby.

the best part of this property is the location. it’s quiet for a good resting night, but a block away you can find delicious restaurants, boutiques, pharmacy, supermarket, Juan Valdez cafe shop, and Gelateria. Walking distance to a variety of places and a short cab ride to other points of the city. Staff is incredible! outstanding service. rooms were cleaned very well everyday.

room bathroom was so old and outdated. Plastic curtain falling apart, part of door frame fell on me while closing the door.

The breakfast is excellent, great variety, flavor, and it represents the culture; the rooms had a good size, but they are very dated and the lighting is extremely poor, the location is excellent, a lot of great restaurants and shops around the area. I had a great time, the personnel is excellent, they treat you with respect, and they are always willing to help and serve you!

Very good attention from the staff, the room was a little old, but everything worked very well. Great AC, big shower/tub and hot water, big bathroom,and clean room. Breakfast was a buffet with many great options. Location is great as it’s in the north close to everything. Piso 26 restaurant also very worth visiting. Great value. Would stay again. 10/10

The hotel rooms are a little old, but sometimes that’s a good thing because you at least know they work well (AC, TV, wifi, hot water, shower.)

Just for this time, the main pool seemed to be under maintenance for a few days which was a bit disappointing -we went to the littler pool in the back. It was ready on our check out day.

Central location so restaurants / shops easily reached. Bed very comfortable and rooms quiet and spacious

Hotel seemed to lack the finishing touch. Shower head leaked badly. Cupboard doors banged badly. Corridors seemed dark. Staff, especially reception and security seem lack the personal touch.

Very friendly staff. There are of course things that are occasionally wrong with the room but the maintenance staff corrects them immediately.
