The breakfast was amazing. Everything was delicious. The restaurant space is a bit small which wasn't a problem except for the last two mornings. I guess they had more guests during Easter break.

I didn't like the fact that prices were not displayed at the mini market they have in the lobby. We drank a lot of water and at the end there wasn't much of a choice since the malls are close but not easy to get to from the hotel. Also, they need to wash the windows. Beautiful views but not visible.

The staff was great. They were always attentive. The manager was very nice and helpful. We were leaving for 2 days to Santa Marta and he helped us with leaving our luggage at the hotel and getting our week of clothes washed. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The hotel is very clean, modern, and centrally located. In addition, we felt very safe because each guest's hotel key will only work to go the floor their room is on and the public areas, NOT the other room floors..

The hotel's location is truly unbeatable. Situated in the heart of the city. The rooms are consistently well-maintained and spotlessly clean, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The housekeepers are friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure that guests have a pleasant and memorable stay. The restaurant is a real standout, with staff that are not only attentive and kind, but also knowledgeable about the menu and able to make excellent recommendations. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

I want to suggest that the glass windows in the restaurant and the pool be better maintained to enhance the beautiful view. Additionally, I would like to recommend that the treadmills in the fitness center be replaced or repaired for a more comfortable workout. Overall, I had a great experience at the fitness center.

The staff was professional welcoming and courteous. The room had a great view and was very clean. The hotel was quiet and in a good safe location.

There was not much to be disappointed in. Only minor items like the key card stop working, which the front desk staff fixed easily. And breakfast eggs always undercooked but these are incredibly minor things.

Pricy for a four star hotel. In a quiet neighborhood but my close to any restaurants except by Uber or taxi. Don’t like it when hotel does not provide drinking water. You pay a lot for the room so why be so cheap with water.

It was the best stay we had amongst 3 different hotels between Barranquilla and Cartagena. Cleanliness, comfort, location and breakfast, all items with full delivery. Excellent place to be. Will go back to the Holiday Inn franchises anywhere in the world. They even have a lounge with working computers which was very handy for me.

The breakfast needs to be updated most days eggs it needs international choice . A slice of Bacon or pancake would be good. The water for the coffee or tea is usually very cold. More staff who speaks English .

Great food and facilities. Very convenient location. The room was very spacious and the room service was great. The front desk staff is very friendly and the restaurant service very accommodating and well priced.

I used the hotel's laundry service to get a suede leather jacket cleaned and they ruined it. Although I asked the hotel manager if the laundry company knew exactly how to deal with that kind of fabric to what she replied positively. To my surprised they stained the jacket and ruined it completely. The manager didn't respond promptly and I ended up with an expensive and damaged jacket. I would like to comment that the managerial skills of that manager are very poor and made my experience very unpleasant. I had to purchase from my own pocket the same expensive jacket and with no reimbursement whatsoever. DO NOT USE THE CLEANING SERVICE FROM THE HOTEL

Getting out of the parking building can be a pain in the back. Specifically on weekends and after 10 PM, you need to find the machine to redeem your free parking ticket and it's not easy and there are no signs that would guide you there.

Breakfast and service were excellent, we liked it very much. We would like to see a place where you can eat in the night with some entertainment.
