The location is fantastic, right on the beach, but at the quieter end of Playa Blanca which means less hassle from the vendors. Breakfast was good, plentiful, and the menu changed daily. Dinner was also good, with huge portions. The staff were warm and welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rafael and Alfonso are great! They arranged trips for us to see the bioluminescent plankton and hosted an excellent Christmas party!

The rooms aren't air conditioned, although the hotel does provide fans. It was particularly hot and humid during our stay so sleeping was uncomfortable.

The location was super nice! Of course the beach is very busy and touristy but the area where the hotel is located is quite calm in comparison. The water is super nice and blue! The people working there were very nice as well and the breakfast was amazing! The private beach area was very well maintained. The room was okay as well.

Dinner was pretty pricey and there were very few vegetarian options. The vegetation for I had was not very good but the fish was good apparently. The bathroom in our room smelled kind of bad.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Beautiful beach, and hotel is right on the beach with a private area. There’s not any restaurants or bars or anything nearby so we had all meals at the hotel and after dinner there’s nothing to do, but nice if you just want to have a place to chill out. Comfy bed, room was nice. Could do with a shower for your feet before entering the hotel as everything gets covered in sand. No AC so does get warm in the room.

Juat to say something maybe Need another fan on the roof. The rest can not be controlled by the of the hotel itself, like the flyes and nearby construction noises. Not a real issue though.

Really friendly staff and very accommodating when it comes to question (initially planned for a leave at 11am but were allowed to keep our suitcases in the room including the key until our departure at 1:30pm). We really like the Cristal Hamburguesa. Overall a quite placemat the end of Playa Blanca (its located in the north, the more south you go the more touristy it gets). Beautiful sunsets.

Bathroom quite small, but overall fit our needs.

I would say not like is too strong but I personally struggled without Aircon but that's me others seemed fine. On the evening there was no other restaurant nearby but again not necessarily a problem

it was hot on the third floor even though we already opened all our windows and fan. food was expensive but understandable since they have to import it from somewhere else.

All the hotel environment is perfect, one step on the sand another on the water. The staff are just incredible, they're all very attentive and friendly. I really recommend to eat the hotel food, so good!

it’s at a really nice place on the beach tranquilla a little bit off the busy playa blanca. The place is really pretty with sun loungers in front of the restaurant and the sea is Cristal clear. The owners are super helpful and really nice and we really liked the food and drinks!

Amazing ocean views, beautiful boutique cabin type hotel, Elsa is great and very attentive. It is paradise
