Very nice new hotel, the pool area and the sunbeds are great. We had a nice airy room with enough space. A little oasis in busy Getsemani. And the smell! The whole hotel smells like Santal 33 and has very fancy Le Labo toiletries. Loved that! On our last day we even got free pizza slices at the pool, a very nice service ;) We only had breakfast (brunch, not the buffet) there once as there are so many options around. So we can’t really comment on that.

The absolute best accommodation I've ever stayed in my life. I went with my family, and my mom is pickier than me. She couldn't love it more. The staff is extremely nice and very well trained to make you feel welcome and giving you just enough attention that doesn't feel forced. The room was amazing, with a style that I appreciated, and top-notch designs and finishes. Super well thought out and beautiful. We also celebrated my mom's birthday and the staff made it feel special. Truly a place to come back. I also loved everything else (the rooftop bar, the pool, the FOOD was incredible!), but there's so much one can write here. If you're doubting, there's really no need. Go for it!

This hotel is the real deal! Yes it’s expensive but the location is great, the rooms super comfortable and the real star of the show is the food! The breakfast is amazing with a good buffet and incredible options to order. I would particularly recommend the mango smoothie bowl, pistachio croissant, shakshuka and pancakes topped with coffee cream. We also ordered food and drinks by the pool, which were delicious too! You have to try the crab tostadas, burrata with apples and pears and even the burger was incredible! The staff went above and beyond! I would 100% stay here again!

Hotel was absolutely wonderful. A group of us travelled from Canada to Cartagena for a wedding. The property was an oasis from the hustle and bustle of the old city. It’s centrally located in the beautiful Getsemaní neighbourhood. The pool area was stunning and a great place to pass the afternoon. Definitely try the breakfast at the hotel - a friend said it was the best buffet breakfast he’s had while travelling. All in all the property is beautifully decorated, modern and very aesthetically pleasing.

Rooms are a bit smaller than other hotels in the area. I didn’t mind this so much. One of the people in our group complained about their shower having low shower pressure. Ours was fine. My only complaint was that not all the rooms have ironing board and irons. But we borrowed our from our friend whose room had both.

Great location in Getsemani, super stylish and a great rooftop pool. The room was small but pretty and functional. Really nice breakfast service and reception staff were lovely. We were there for Independence Day which was awesome, nearby Casa Lola restaurant was amazing for dinner.

It is a diamond in the rough, slightly dodgy once you leave the property but super close to attractions. Patchy bar/snack service on the rooftop and only a few beds with umbrellas/shades. Shower door wouldn’t close. If you want a nice view, make sure you book the garden-facing rooms.

Absolutely loved this place! Location was great, staff was very friendly and I loved the interior design of the entire hotel. Both pools were amazing and the food was great! Would definitely go back again!

It is of course great to have them keep up with everything in the room but in my opinion it was a bit much to have someone knock or just walk into the room about 3/4 time a day for something. It was either housekeeping, or minibar refill or even laundry services. But honestly I only noticed this on the one day that I was hungover and had to sleep a little longer in the room before going to the pool :)

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Osh Hotel! The location couldn’t have been better—super convenient and close to everything. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was a real highlight; there was such a wide variety of options to choose from, and everything was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

The only downside was the gym, which was quite small. But aside from that, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

I feel OSH has made great steps forward when taking older reviews into account. It’s a wonderful stay in a great location. We really enjoyed the relaxing afternoons at the pool and comfy room. The flexibility to offer a later check-out was great.

It’s clear they’re in need of more quality control managers. A 5* hotel shouldn’t have moldy spots on the hallway ceilings or shower heads clogged by limescale. Providing guests with only 300cl water p.p. is not enough at all. Other hotels in Colombia provided filtered water taps in the room or lobby. Finally, the personnel was sweet, but felt unorganized. Check-in was long and messy (3 hrs late) and orders go wrong most of the times because of misunderstandings. The staff needs to at least know their own menu in English. Overall, I’d say they’re nearly there :)

This hotel is in the best location, just steps away from the lively car free streets, graffiti art, Havana Bar, and best restaurants. You can walk to castle in 10 mins! The pool is nice, and on the bigger size for Gestemani, plus there is an additional pool on the roof. The air conditioning was ice cold, perfect! The lobby is nice and a good vibe at the pool with a DJ playing beats throughout the day and night.

Most of the rooms don't have a balcony. The smallest room we have ever stayed in, so small the bathroom sink in the room, not in the bathroom. I don't think we could have stayed more than 2 nights in a room that small. Multiple drones being used at the hotel pool. The pool water is the temperature of a warm bath and why no stairs to get in and out of the pool :(.

We loved the vibe in the hotel, it's new and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful at every opportunity. The location is only 1/2 a block off of a very lively street and about a 15 minute walk from the walled portion of the city. Their concierge service was very helpful as well. We would highly reccomend this hotel.

The hotel decided to host an aerobics group outside our window and they started set up at 5:15 am, and were in full noise mode by 6:00 a.m. with music and yelling. It was a rude awakening for our first morning, to top it off 50 sweaty women came in to eat breakfast next to us afterwards. Our room was modern, which means some odd things like the sink being outside the bathroom, few hooks, an airconditioner we could not control ourselves and a strange lighting system.
