AC worked perfectly for us, staff was always at the desk available, and the place was in the heart of jetsemani walking distance from the wall city. I valued these features very much.

The ‘’kitchen’’ they offer wasn’t nice at all, all opposite. It was super dirty and lacked organization, it is really not possible to cook there. It was located at the top side of the building, so it is very hard to spot unless you go all the way upstairs. I needed a spoon at some point so I went there and that is how I realized the status of it. I hope management reads this to improve it. Not a big deal for my stay, since I wasn’t planning on cooking anyways.

Lovely private space of a hotel but has a rooftop area and small kitchen area to cook like a hostel. Staff were extremely helpful in dealing with a situation that we had. Our third floor room was much better than our second floor room, had a more reliable air conditioning unit and shower. Bed was comfy and towels provided. As it’s a hotel perhaps not as social for solo travellers but this wasn’t an issue for us! also provided free coffee by reception during the day.

Be careful when exiting the property at night. Do not turn right and wander down the poorly lit area (should go without saying for tourists). If you turn left and follow the nice, well lit and busy streets you won’t have an issue.

We completely loved it here. One of our best stays travelling yet. The staff were lovely, the location was fantastic & the room was big and clean.

Our only issues actually were the noise. We had a big room on the 3rd floor with nice seating right outside & on the roof above us - so nice unfortunately everyone wanted to sit there all day / night meaning we had to keep our blinds completely shut and really struggled with the constant noise of people drinking or on the phone. On the Saturday night it was happening until gone 4am. We highly recommend staying at this hotel but I would suggest asking for a room far away from the seating areas.

First of all the staff is incredibly kind and attentive. The hotel is close enough to all the fun that Getsemani neighborhood offers ( restaurants, bars, salsa music dancing etc. ) yet far enough from the noise of these places. The hotel includes breakfast at their restaurant next door and the food is generous and delicious. The owner is always on site and she will stop to talk to you, to ask you how is your stay. Friends and families can take advantage of their great deals on multiple beds rooms, I Highly recommend this hotel. Thank You guys for the great service you provided during my stay. Staff people is real kind, and will provide you a pleasant stay. Also, its location is convenient for everything you will do in Cartagena. There are also plenty options for restaurants near by. The person that works for tours is kind and gives you all the explanation and the prices are worth them. Also then price we paid for 4 nights was extremely satisfactory

I know that it is not hotel's fault but foreigners, sometimes they for not respect public areas and start to talk too loud early in the morning, a recommendation would be for the staff to pay attention to that kind of people.

Great location in Getsemani and easy walking distance from all the historical sites and amenities (the laundry just down the street was great). The staff were really helpful and kind. I loved the reception area of the building, it felt like an oasis from the hustle of Getsemani.

The walls must be quite thin so you can hear sounds from neighbouring rooms. But I didn't spend much time in my room as there is so much to do in the area!

Decor is so amazing, flowers, terraces. It is not luxurious, but for those how want to get the Colombian vibe -definitely a place. Staff is kind and open to help.

We are not sure if that's the situation in whole Cartagena, but there was the lack of hot water. Only mild to cold. As well, there was not any closet or place where to store clothes. We had one not really functional refrigerator in the room, that was unstable and really small to put anything in it.

The hotel was good value for money. The location is excellent. The interior with the open courtyard is spectacular. Lots of good features. The beautiful smile of the lady on reception.

During a rain storm water came through the roof. 2 am other guests were being moved to a room with a watertight roof. Not a big problem though. Disappointed the parrot isn't there anymore.

This hotel has the best location, it's literally in the middle of Getsemani's nightlife activities and also very close to the walled city. They have affordable tours to all nearby attractions so you don't have to buy them on the street. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Renovations were taking place, so it was a bit noisy and dusty.
