We loved our spacious room (203)! The high ceilings, 3 balcony windows, large shower and roof top pool/bar area. The air conditioner was welcomed and worked great. The staff went out of their way to help us find what we needed. We booked the hop on hop off bus through the hotel which was a better deal than what we found online.

While my next comments are completely out of the hotels control, it is important to know that our room was on the corner of one of the busiest streets in Getsemani. We were there on a Saturday night where music, partying and honking of horns continued until 5am. The second night (Sunday) was until 1am. We used white noise on each night stand through our phones and I had ear plugs the second night which helped. Aside from lack of sleep our stay was great.

Location was good, rooftop bartender really nice and the room was beautiful.

The hotel itself was nice, but it was very noisy at night. We were only informed about the location of our room upon arrival, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, there’s no lift to help with luggage, which made things a bit difficult. On our first day, the receptionist read us a list of “behavior” rules, which felt more like something you'd hear at a hostel or on a school trip—not quite the welcome you'd expect from a hotel, especially considering the price we paid. I was hoping for a more professional and customer-friendly experience. Same experience when having breakfast, we were told first day even is a buffet, you can only go a maximum of 2 times to get more food. Not that we needed more food, but again the aproach was a bit rude.

The hotel is nicely located and the rooms are big enough to stay a couple of days. The staff was friendly. The room was just like the photos.

Unfortunately, comes with the location a very loud neighbourhood with music and partying until late. Not sure if all the rooms are the same but as light sleepers, we couldn't sleep until 1am. Also, we felt the breakfast was very limited in options and the person in charge not very nice.

The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was good, yet simple - there were only a few options to choose from. You can quickly walk to the walled city, and there's a nice and colorful street right to the side of the hotel. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool at all times.

The sound insulation was really poor. Most of the time it was pretty quiet, but if someone walked by the door it would feel like they were inside. There were also issues with the water, but it seemed to be fixed in the end.

Amazing hotel, with lovely comfy rooms. Rooftop swimming pool area was lovely (although one side was closed) and whilst I could see the downstairs pool, couldn't suss how to get to it! Nice large shower, and comfy large bed, along with good breakfast. Location was fabulous, just a 10min walk to the harbour, and just around the corner from some popular restaurant streets.

The location was great, beautiful period building in great state of maintenance, and super helpful staff. The breakfast in open air at the roof terrace adds a nice touch.

It can be noisy for those looking for a quiet stay. The music from the bar upstairs stopped at around 10.30-11pm. The street party noise can continue for longer, but nothing that should stop anyone from enjoying their stay, as this is one of the charms of Cartagena.

Location and personnel working in the hotel. We needed cash to pay the taxi driver since he had not change for us, and the receptionist anticipated the cash for us from his personal wallet. This is so nice! In Europe, I don’t believe any receptionist will never do that.

They tried to charge us a drink from the minibar that we have not consumed. This is not the fault of the receptionist, the bottle was probably really missing, but they should check better the bottles available in the fridge before people do the checking. Not nice to ask to the customer to pay for bottles, he/she had never drunk.

The hotel is in a brilliant location right by loads of amazing restaurants, cafes and good night spots. The swimming pool on the roof is a great place to relax. The staff were super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help - we returned a few days after check out asking for help as our phone was stolen and the staff on reception helped us find a police station and booked us a car to go there which was so helpful.

Our room looked out onto a communal area so we had to have the blinds always closed - if that would bother you worth checking where your room is before getting the keys.

Location is good, there are so many money exchanges shop, sim card shops, good restaurants. No need to take taxi or uber. Staffs are kind and gentle. Rooftop is very nice and cozy. There are cute 3 swiming pool but didnt have a chance to go in. We stayed in the big room on the first floor. There was 2 beds. It was confortable for family with kid. Ours is 4years old i booked only for 2 adult but they do not charge more for kid. Breakfast was good and nice i like the chicken wrap. Also they porvide fruity water and coffee all day. Room was clean. By the way no need to change money at the airport just prepare 5 dollars it is enough for 1way airport to town.

Noisy but it didnt over my limit. There was no sunshine can not dry my wet cloths. Also they said no to hang on the rooftop. My husband saw a big barata. Room is dark but i didnt mind.

Great central location, ~5 mins walk to the walled city. The property is well maintained and immaculately clean. A/C worked great and was very quiet. Tasty breakfast and a couple of small rooftop pools to relax in after a hot day out. Would definitely stay here again.

It is in the party district of the city so expect lots of activity and noise well into the night. We got a room in a 'quieter' back section of the building (area B) with windows facing interior courtyard (i.e. no view). It was still pretty noisy but manageable. Room was small but functional. Wifi was a bit spotty at time. Shower water temperature was inconsistent with limited hot water.
