location was perfect, beautiful rooftop terrasse, the italian restaurant next door is a must if you like quality and authentic pastas

overall a bit deceiving, photos looked nicer than the place actually was, especially the tiny pool that didn't seem to have a cleaning filter? lol. not worth the price we paid per night.

Stayed for 6 days in a 3rd floor room with 2 beds. Clean rooms, good location to get easily while walking to main tourism areas. Staff are attentive and very helpful. Elevator is present in hotel to get to upper floors. Felt very safe, access to hotel is locked gate with 24h staff. Small safe located in room. Breakfast is included at a separate restaurant on the 1st floor of the hotel, fairly straightforward/basic but good. No issues with hot water in the shower, or A/C in the room (via heat pump). No issues with toilet, like other areas in the walled city, toilet paper goes into the garbage and not flushed. Did not use pool. Review the photos and see if it works for you - if you are expecting the Hilton, go to the Hilton. We loved our stay and would come back. Go see the monkeys and sloths in the park

The location was fabulous, and the people were equally as wonderful. Always felt safe and well cared for. All around great experience.

We stayed for a night but it was gorgeous! Very close to Getsemaní and to the old town/ it’s like the middle of everything / walking distance to the most famous restaurants clubs and monuments the city has to offer . Hotel is nice and you can enjoy the terrace for a chill moment/ very peaceful, staff were very helpful all the time / the way they interact with you is magical.. highly recommend it’

The breakfast restaurant was horrible experience, was just 2 people serving, the same people preparing drinks and breakfast and it became a nightmare every morning spendings around 3 hours waiting there for the complete breakfast! Last day we spend 3 hours and the cereal never arrived, people left disgusting! Terrible service

The hotel is calm, clean and comfortable and very well located! The rooftop is very nice. The breakfast was very tasty. It feels really safe, and the staff is incredibly nice and helpful.

It is slightly overpriced. The rooftop and the swimming pool are smaller than in the pictures. The rooms are spacious but dark and the AC was in one part of the room, so it was hard to regulate the temperature for everyone to be happy.

The location was great! Everything was walking distance. The staff was really helpful, our room ac conked off and they immediately gave us the room next door.

Location was amazing - in Getseami and very close to Centro. The suite was quite large and the staff were accommodating to some of our requests for visitors. Breakfast was simple but had some variety. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Hot water was a rarity - only one hot shower for the whole week and the temperature went from scalding to cold quickly. Wifi was scarce. Depending on the location of your room, it may be quite noisy at night. Lacked some hospitality rituals - for example two bottles of water are usually provided in the room upon arrival but this was not the case in this hotel.

Great location, walk straight into the bust streets but the bedrooms were still quiet. We originally booked for 4 nights and ended up staying for 9! We had to move rooms because of extending our stay but all rooms were quiet, only downside , some are internal rooms with no window. Great breakfast and helpful staff couldn’t have asked for more

The location was exactly what we were looking for, in Getsemani, just outside of the old city. We were travelling with an 18 month old and the crib was set up waiting for us on arrival. They delivered a small refrigerator to our room without us asking. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and were wonderful with our granddaughter. They arranged laundry service and taxi rides for the beach. The pictures on Booking.com were very accurate. The rooftop pool area was very comfortable with great views of the City and a great place to watch the sunset.

Breakfast got a little repetitive but we were also there for 22 days.
