I loved that the hotel is in the heart of Getsemani where it is lively; eateries and sights are just steps away. Breakfast is pretty decent and loved they start at 7:30 am. Shower always had piping hot water (you may have to run a few moments occasionally) The Internet is good. The a/c is great for humid days and cools the room pretty quickly. This place is good for very short stays if you're moving on elsewhere in the country. Great deal for great location but if you're super picky this place may not be for you.

While I didn't mind being on the ground floor/lobby- the rooms on that level lack windows that face outdoors. The windows face directly into the lobby hall so you have to keep your curtains drawn unless you don't mind putting on a show. My room in particular lacked ventilation because of no exhaust fan in the bathroom and again no window to outside.So you may see and or detect mildew/mold. During the week the street noise you can barely hear but on Friday it's lively. To be on the safe side, bring your own towel and wash cloths/sponge and other amenities as they aren't provided. The safe didn't work at all.

Lovely spacious rooms with good air con and comfy bed linen. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The rooftop swimming pool was small but fine for escaping the heat.

It has the feel of a hostel in a lively neighbourhood, which is fine when you’re on top form but perhaps too bustling if you really need to hunker down and relax.

Fantastic location. Close to the heart of the old city. Walking distance to conference at convention centre. Good choice of restaurants within the area. Bubbly atmosphere all around. Awesome helpful staff. Very good value for money.

The location of my room (Room 1) was next to the reception, so the conversations and noise from reception get into the room, especially at night. Little bits of plastering keep coming off and dropping dirt on the floor and my bags.

The location was great, front door security felt safe. I think we were upgraded to the apartment, I'm pretty sure I didn't book it.. So the apartment was actually very comfortable, we really enjoyed the stay. The breakfast is very basic, tasted fine, but just basic. Staff was friendly-ish. They didn't seem very happy in their jobs...

We read several bad reviews, which we could see if we had a room on the main floor, they would probably be accurate. But since we ended up on the top floor, our experience was good.

Friendly staff, nice pool terrace, great location, lovely breakfast, value for money.

The rooms on the ground floor are a bit noisy due to arriving and departing guests and staff is not very quiet either. But when I moved to the first floor that got better. The room that I was in originally (room 4) definitely had a mold problem, which could be a potential health risk. When I checked into my room and when I got back into the room the a/c was on, which seems like a waste of energy to me.

rooms are comfortable with AC and hot water. good location for visiting the surroundings. breakfast was good and staff was very nice

we were there in 2 different times. we could hear a LOT of noise from the street, once it was independence celebration so it is understandable, but the other time was just neighbours with loud music. we had one room facing the street and the curtains were horrible! it doesn't cover the full bed so people could se inside, and during the night there was direct light coming in to the pillows

Reception girl (Bridgerton) was super nice! Location wise was great and apartment was big and nice.

Breakfast girls were extremely slow, no rush, taking it easy. Was a bit of a mess when more than 3 tables were waiting to have breakfast. We book apartment and room but when we were there, they told us we could have just rented apartment and sleep all of us there, when in Booking you do not have that option. We told them we would like that. They said it was late. Then why they told us? The room for 2 people was very small and humid.

The location, within Getsemani, is excellent - close to the activity fo Getsemani and a pleasant walk to the old city and the waterside activities. The hotel has an old world charm and pleasant reception staff.

I might have missed something, but my room wasn't serviced after the first night...it was after 2 nights though! The room was a little spartan, with low light provision. I was not too impressed with the 'one setting' cold shower and lack of a plug in the basin. I had to have a rather inventive shave - low light, running water and almost no space to shave with my left hand - and very brief (cold) showers. I would not have chose the hotel if I'd known there was no hot water!

The place was great near all mayor spots, the staff was super friendly, except for a fat lady that was during the nights, she was bothered even for asking her did not gave me any receipt when I check in and also was rude when I ask on a fee I was not aware was out of price. Booking mentioned all VAT was included in price but in reality IVA was missing. However breakfast was nice.

the triple room lacks a window and gives the sense of claustrophobic feel, also the bathroom was old and I saw some cockroach, but the beds were clean and the whole hotel I have seen bug issues even in main chains hotels

It is a perfect hotel for the price and location. Hot water!!!!!!! If you have been to anywhere in historico, especially this part, hot water is near impossible to find at anywhere else near this rate. My only complaint is significant. TV is dumb not allowing Netfix or utube.

No smart tv, No ability to connect to Netflix or tube. That is a big deal for many travelers.
