my friend came back late and they would not let her in initially saying it was too late. there is no information and we weren’t told about a curfew otherwise she would have been back on time. she got let in eventually, the same thing happened to the couple in the room next to us so just double check when they lock the front doors

The property is well located, very clean and great value. The staff are all lovely and very helpful. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning and fan very welcome. There is a kitchen to make tea and coffee, as well as communal areas to relax. We were there for a few days and found the property suited our requirements exactly, as we were able to easily find great food options for all budgets within a 15 minute walk. Despite being so central the noise did not disturb our ability to sleep. All in all we thoroughly recommend it.

Very good location, on an interesting street. Good balcony spaces to sit with the rest of our travel group and relax. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel does not have hot water. It wasn't just "not working" while we were there; it never has hot water. Also, all the water is turned off for a few hours in the middle of the night.

Great location in Getsemané. With a balcony overlooking the street, we were able to watch the bustle from above and were able to easily walk to any sights or restaurants that we wanted to visit. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The housekeeping staff was very friendly.

-It was tricky finding places to put our belongings. There were some cubby holes for storage, but they were small and a little awkward to use. A dresser would be a nice addition. There was NO WHERE in the bathroom to put anything. A shelf would be so helpful. -Although we saw the room being cleaned, it has not been deep cleaned in forever. The floors felt dirty and looked really dirty. -The housekeeper kept leaving the balcony door unlocked. I was VERY carefull to lock it and when we would return to the room, it was always unlocked after the room had been made up. -IT IS VERY loud at night. I used special earplugs and I could still hear the thumping music from he street.

It was centrally located in the heart of Getsemani in Cartegena and everything, including the Old Town was walkable. There were loads of restaurants and bars right on the doorstep. Although the area could be noisy, we hardly heard any street noise. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful.

We had room with no external window. It made the room a bit dark.

Very well located, the room was big with a balcony, for its price it more than exceeded our expectations, it was safe, we had an AC which is very important to have in Cartagena, it was overall a very good experience, also the staff was very sweet and helpful

The only thing would be tiny insects in the bathroom, and hair in the shower.

Absolutely everything! The room was spotless, the beds so comfortable, great air con, balcony overlooking the beautiful street. The staff were amazing. So nice and helpful. Location is absolutely perfect. A walk away from main attractions and the best street food I have had in my life. Cannot recommend this more!

Very good location in Getsamani neighbourhood, our room was fairly quiet as it wasn’t facing the street. Really good shower and spacious room with comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. We used the kitchen one night for cooking dinner but didn’t seem like any others did so we had it all to ourselves.

The location was very convenient to shops and restaurants, but there was a festival on the street the night we were there making it difficult to access via Uber and noisy to sleep. But we were tired enough we managed :)

The staff were really friendly and kind. They were willing to give us some breakfast (even after their hours) because we had woken up later. Their breakfast option was also yummy and affordable! The bed and room was super comfortable with great AC. At the end of our trip, they even gave us souvenirs (‘: Location was even awesome and everything was so walkable and an ideal place to stay at. Would totally stay again!

No hot water but it was okay because of how hot it was in Cartagena!
