I recently had an amazing stay at Casa Amanzi, and let me tell you, it's in the heart of Getsemani, Cartagena! The neighborhood itself is vibrant, and this hotel is the perfect base to explore it all. The rooms were comfortable and clean, just what we needed after a day of exploring. I stayed there with two of my friends, and we all agreed that Casa Amanzi was a great choice. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Whenever we needed a taxi, they were on it, no hassle at all! All in all, I highly recommend Casa Amanzi for anyone visiting Cartagena. It's a good hotel with a wonderful staff and an unbeatable location. You won't be disappointed!

The service of the lady was very helpful and very professional.

Not all rooms have a refrigerator and the showers have problems, the toilets keep flushing at all times making noise you can hardly sleep no hot water, the lighting in the room was poor.

The location of this hotel is great. Check in was pretty good. The receptionist shared the rules with us in a very clear way. The staff in general is very nice. The lady in the kitchen during breakfast was very polite and nice, she served us a pretty good breakfast during our stay. The room was comfortable. AC was cool enough for the room. The pressure of the water in the bathroom was great.

The water in the shower starts leaking very quickly and water can go all the way into the rest of the room. When the AC is off and the room warms a little, you can start smelling some sort of sour smell in the room. I would think that the AC needs maintenance as it was also leaking a little on the wall where it is installed. The wall by the Ac started to look yellowish I guess because of the humidity.

We stayed in room 204, to be honest the best part of your holter is the staff, from the restaurant, to the maid and the front desk. Everyone was such a pleasure to deal with, everyone had a smile and was happy to assist.

The beds were a little lumpy and I wish there would have been hot water for the showers, especially in the mornings.

Air conditioning was dripping on my face In room 302 in the middle of the night. It did it both nights around 4 am. Second morning we waited 45 minutes from ordering breakfast until it arrived. A bed light closer to the bed would be nice

Great location, right on the main Street of Getsemaní. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast staff were really lovely. Breakfast was good and varied, you could help yourself to fruits, hot drinks and cereal. There was also a cooled breakfast. Overall a really good stay and would recommend it

Rooms are a bit small. There was quite a lot of noise in the stairwell on the first two nights of the stay, from other guests. I think due to hotel policy of quiet time the staff should have enforced this. As they were loud quite late.

we asked for an omelette for breakfast and the kitchen staff said they couldn’t make it, but they could make scrambled eggs. so we didn’t really understand what was the difference? they didn’t have a toaster nor the bread, nor butter.

what I liked about the property it was right there in town. I enjoyed the location.

and the power went out in the lights no air condition, but it wasn’t the fault of the property. It was the fault of the location.
