The location was central yet somehow quiet. The room was clean

Our room had no outside windows and everyone was passing by our window which faced the interior of the hotel. At some point a strange man stood by our window and would not go even when we asked and it felt very uneasy. Due to no windows facing the outside there was a lack of fresh air. We had to close the windows in order not to be watched at our sleep or getting dressed and the whole situation was a bit uncomfortable. In our booking it said that the room had a ceiling fan but it did not exist- they did provide standing fan but it was very loud .

Excellent location on side-street in trendy Getsemani district next to the old walled district. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Safe area to walk at any time. Older, refurbished building. Small room, with no views from the window, but access to fresh air. Comfortable bed, clean, basic rooms and common area. A/C worked, and bathroom functional. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast served off-site with hotel tickets at one of two restaurants.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of Cartagena’s Getsemaní neighbourhood. While the street itself is quiet, it’s just steps away from vibrant streets filled with shops, restaurants, and nightclubs. The hotel is within walking distance of the walled city, Puerta del Reloj, and Bicentenario Park. The room was spacious, featuring two large beds, a small balcony, air conditioning, and a fan. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The rooms were tiny and no proper blankets were provided. In cartagena most of the houses are converted into hotels, hence most places the rooms are tiny.

It’s close to the nice streets in Getsemani but a bit tucked in a small street. It didn’t feel dangerous but can be sketchy if you’re not very mindful.

The work desk’s chair is not very comfortable, feels too high for the table - it’s important for me as I work remotely. The staff gets a bit loud during the day and can be heard inside the room as the walls are thin.

Very clean, good AC and TV. Location good, in a quiet street just off a busy street, about 15 minutes from the beachfront and centre of old town.

No windows to the outside - they just opened onto a corridor. They rented rooms by the hour... So not really family friendly. Good for sleeping... not great for being in the hotel (as I was, ill) The church next door started drumming about 7:30 on Sunday and went on to about 14:00 almost non-stop.

I have stayed a couple o ftimes, it is super clean and a really great spot in town. I did not want a party hotel or hostel. I wanted somewhere clean, comfortable and relaxing - so I could come and go with ease.

The Wi-Fi disconnected a lot but other than that it was a good stay.

The staff is super nice. They’re always willing to help. They smile at you and offer you help in case you need it. I arrived 6 hours prior to my check-in time and I asked them to check my backpack so I could walk around the area and they told me that my room was ready and I could check in that early with no additional fees at all. The location is also really good. You can take walks and you will always find cool things and places nearby.

very close to all the sights you want to visit. it is a very clean hotel with special people. We asked to keep our large luggage for 4 days while we stayed on an island, they were very responsive and the staff very kind. I recommend this hotel

the noise from the street that can be heard loudly in the room
