The hostel was simple but great, the staff very nice and helpful. I complained about the air-condition because it was too cold, and they changed it right away. The bed in the dorm was comfy, and you have a little privacy because of the blinds in the front and enough space - it felt like a little room. They cleaned the bathroom and the floor every day. The breakfast includes fruits and toast. You have to pay a little extra for eggs, which i thought was ok. and coffee and tea was available during the day. Wifi was also good for work. There is a little pool in the second floor which i didn't use. I liked the outdoor area with a lot of plants the kitchen - the little bar and some tables for work or hanging around.

It rained a lot and because the roof didn't cover the whole social area, it was wet and there wasn't much space. When it rains a lot, water from the street also gets into the dorms. But they mopped it up regularly. It can get a bit noisy as party buses pass right by the street at night, but from midnight it was quiet and I was able to sleep well. Everyday the portion from the eggs i ordered for breakfast was getting a bit smaller, but it was enough for me so i didn't say anything. I am sure they will give you more if you say something ;-)

Great location close to the beautiful historic downtown area and many great restaurants and bars. The staff is super nice, they also have a cute kitten running around in the common area. Breakfast is decent, the rooms are nice, you have lots of space and privacy in the bunk beds.

It unfortunately wasn’t possible to make any changes to my booking. I contacted the property a day prior to my original arrival because I needed to change from two to one nights but they just referred me to booking.com where cancellation would have cost as much as a whole night of staying there, so I ended up having to pay for 2 nights while just staying for one. A little more understanding or courtesy would have been great. This was my 2nd time staying at the hostel - the first time I woke up around 7-8am from construction work outside, this time everything was fine. All in all a decent place but compared to other hostels i.e. in Santa Marta a little overpriced and smaller.

Great location, kind and helpful staff. Beds and Cabins were comfy and you had space next to your bed with one small locker mext to the bed with 2 shelfs and one big locker under the lower bed. Solid construction of beds, not moving during the climb up and not noisy from the other hostel guests. Best shared dormroom beds/cabins so far!

The sleeping rooms were directly next to the street and only seperated with a wooden door. Noisy during the night, due to traffic and party busses. Breakfast was only cut fruits and 2 slices of toast with butter and jam, coffee as much as you wanted. Other Breakfast options only with extra charge. During the two days, both days the exact same BF.

- the boxes in the shared rooms are nice and beds comfy - overall very clean - good breakfast - shared kitchen available

- two guys at the reception made racist jokes about another guest in Spanish (thinking nobody would understand them) and weren’t very welcoming, everyone else was really friendly though - surveillance cameras are in the rooms as well, which should be pointed out verbally when you check-in (there’s a sign at reception with the info but it isn’t obvious that it applies for the rooms as well), so change clothes etc in the bathrooms if you mind

I have never been at a hostel that gives you this much privacy while on a shared room. As seen on the pictures, it's similar to a capsule hotel, and it's like having your own bedroom once you put down the curtain. Their staff have been great, not only friendly but extremely helpful and accomodating ⭐ Thank you Rosa Maria, Lucy, Val and the rest of the team, you are all rockstars, keep up the amazing job, it shows!

Maybe more tour options, they do have a few but not many A water fountain as most of the hostels so we can refill our bottles without having to spend money on it.

Cute hideaway near attractions and amenities. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a nice addition to start the day. Try the salsa class 💃🏾 it’s really fun!

Some facilities were not available during my stay like laundry but there are local options nearby. Beware there are a LOT of mosquitoes. The aircon in the room is turned off at 9am, maybe 11am would be better for people who need to pack before checkout.

Everything was great here, nice space to hang out, very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and comfortable beds with lots of privacy

It was way too cold at night, the AC was on extreme coldness. I asked for a blanket, but all they had was a very light sheet, so I had to wear all my clothes and winter coat for sleeping

The beds are very confortable, the dorms are air-conditioned with a good temperature and the single sleeping cabines allow you some privacy. It is very convenientely situated, just around the corner begins the old Town in a safe neighborhood. The WiFi worked very well and there is a 24h réception.

The Kirchen could be a bit better equiped

Situated in a great location with lots of bars, restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. The capsules were a good size which made it very comfortable to sleep in and was big enough to store some of our luggage. The blinds also provided some privacy which is nice. The breakfast was great, you can get a big bowl of fruit included in the cost of your stay and it was nice to have the option of upgrading to include an omelette at a small cost. The majority of the staff were very accommodating and friendly.

The majority of the staff were great, so helpful and friendly. However, I found the breakfast staff to be a bit cold towards us and made us feel like a nuisance when we asked for breakfast.

Loved the location, the staff and the overall setup of the common areas. WiFi was great and everyone was super kind. Breakfast was also pretty good! I also adored the adorable little kitten. Sweetest ever and made my night when the little guy randomly showed up in my little bunk/room.

Honestly, there’s not much to complain about. It was an overall nice stay.
