The hotel is located right by the beach with great facilities. We encountered a small issue with the air conditioning in our original room, but I appreciated how promptly the staff addressed this by providing us with a complimentary upgrade. The upgraded room was much more spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning was a significant improvement, especially considering the heat. The food offered at the hotel was great. It was reasonably priced, and we particularly enjoyed the delicious pizzas. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. There is a small charge for the sun beds, we found it acceptable given how comfortable they are.

While I understand that vendors are doing their job, the overwhelming number approaching guests is annoying . It often feels intrusive, as many do not seem to take "no" for an answer, which can be quite frustrating. Additionally, it is concerning how close the jet skis and speedboats are to sunbathers. Their presence feels dangerous, and it seems like an accident waiting to happen. It’s hard to comprehend how there haven't been any serious incidents so far.

Me and my family were happy with the staff treatment, they were all the time so welcoming and friendly with all of us. The location is quite convenient, and although there is a lot of people coming to the beach on day trips, after 3 pm it turns into a "quiet" and relaxed place. Food wise it is also so recommended.

The room's cleanliness was not good, it had still some sand from the beach. However it was not the same case in all the rooms. Also there was no safe boxes. Considering being a destination by the beach it would be ideal to have a safe place where to store your important belongings.

We loved the location, the food and the staff.

Massage girls came into our rented beach bed and even with us saying no they kept putting their hands on us.It was violating it said no over and over again and yet unwelcome hands touched my body. I was afraid to go back to the beach beds afterwards. I was shocked to have a woman not respect my no to touching my body. I had to ask a different vendor to translate "i don't want you touching me" after I said no. So with all that said better security at the beach beds is needed.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool was a great way to escape the midday heat and crowds on the beach. The food was well prepared. I appreciated that there was always somewhere for hotel guests to sit and relax, even with day time visitors.

The food prices were a little high, especially compared to the prices in the area. That said, the food was consistently well made so I didn't mind paying a bit more for food. From 11 to 5 the beach is overrun with vendors. There were so many jetskis, banana boats, and other tour boats that you could not smell the ocean air, rather you smelled gas. This is not the hotel's fault, but it is worth being aware that if you want more peace and quiet during the daytime, this is not the hotel to go to.

The beach club is beautiful and it's well located. It has air conditioning and a pool. The staff was great and hard working always there to improve your experience. They opened a tab for the room which is detailed and accurate. For families is great you have the beautiful beach and pool. We got the 2nd floor pool view which is great, they had an extra bed for my daughter. I recommend getting the ocen view with private balcony 💯. I will come back here because overall it was an agreeable experience.

The resort is not maintained properly. I mean the wear and tear of the furniture is not appealing. The deck around the pool is broken in some parts and dangerous to walk on. They fixed one spot, but left 10 other... The pool cushions and beach beds are moldy as well as some parts of the room such as the bathroom and walls. In desperate need of a deep clean. Taking in consideration the lack of water the island suffers from, i understand their situation. Still they should invest in revamping their commun areas, specially for the price they're asking compared to the area.

Breakfasts were great… nice options with fresh fruit and juice and of course nice coffe! Dinners were also very good. Location was wonderful, couldn’t be any closer to the beach!

Was disappointed that the advertised safe was not in the room. Problem was somewhat solved by providing one, however it was not secured to anything!! I would suggest that they be provided in all rooms and bolted to a wall or something structural.

A lot of things were excellent: the facilities, the restaurant, the bar, the beach. Also the service from the staff was really good. A great option to enjoy the beach.

Even when the rest of the services are great, it's very important to improve the maintenance and cleaning of the room and its bath and shower. There were dirty bed clothes, and really bad smell in the room, bath and shower.

The hotel has all of the accommodations you need. The restaurant has great food. After walking the beach and looking at the other options it appeared that Nena is one of the best choices.

Shower water pressure is a little low but to he expected for eco friendly accommodations.

If you're looking for a nice beachfront getaway, head to Nena Beach Club! This place has it all: comfortable beach beds with lots of shade, a nice pool and a beautiful view of the beach towards the crystal clear sea, the sunset is a beauty! If you're looking for a more secluded beach getaway, consider staying at the hotel. My husband and I stayed at the Nena Beach hotel for one night and it was a pleasant restful stay for us, our room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and very attentive. The mojitos and the food were my absolute favorite part, we will definitely be back!

The hotel was very aesthetically pleasing we loved every bit of it. Beautiful beach wonderful clean pool. Relaxing and calm vibe. Sellers aren’t as frequent as if you were somewhere else on the beach

Quite expensive to dine and drink. Wifi was so so we had to ask for another server to get good one. Would have loved a coffee station for early birds.
