The hotel is amazing with a really modern look and super cleanliness. The staff is always really helpful and the breakfast is simple yet amazing.

The payment process might be a little difficult because sometimes the hotel has trouble processing payments, but they always manage to sort everything out promptly putting customer satisfaction first!

It’s the second time we choose this hotel in order to go to the US Embassy in Bogota. The hotel meets all the needs and have breakfast included. The location is great with nearby restaurants. The front desk is very kind and helpful arranging transportation both to the embassy and to the airport.

Breakfast could be delivered a little bit earlier when having the appointment at the Embassy at 7:00 o’clock in the morning.

It is very comfortable, and kindly staff.

At about 5 am, the noise caused by laughing, loud conversations and motor vehicles noise made for strangers from the outside of the building.

Cousy and comfortable, breakfast was great and the staff very helpful.

The only thing that it can be improved is to add some coffee in the room or available at the lobby. Although it was close to various places where to get coffees Bogota is toooo cold in the morning.

Comfortable rooms and good location for US-Visa issuance. Maria from the staff was very friendly and helpful with our needs, always willing to help with lots of kindness

Rooms offered hair dryer and Coffi machine while booking, but actually was not available once at the hotel.

It was an excellent hotel. Clean, tidy and just nice in general.

The only things I could fault was the receptionist wasn't overly friendly. He didn't seem to want to be there but he wasn't rude. And, that they add the IVA when you are going to pay, which is strange. Normally this is included in the price you get from Booking. A little misleading maybe..?

Location was good, close to the convention center I had to attend, however there's not plenty to do in the area. You'll be needing a few 30-40min uber drives to get around the city to main touristic areas. Good breakfast composed of: hot drink, natural fruit juice of the day, pineapple, bread or arepas and eggs.

Room didn't have aircon and got a bit chilly at night, good bedding compensated.

I had to say that they charged me through the app, they wanted me to pay there, the payment had to be made before my arrival and they did not make the debit until I mentioned it right there at the hotel

The location is very convenient to go to Corferias, the US Embassy and other locations. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is very good

Needed the room for the morning and afternoon before a flight. Staff gave me an earlier check in and breakfast which was very nice as I wasn't staying overnight. Would recommend.
