It was a great place to stay. I was able to make the reservation easily, and they kindly waited for me even though I was running late due to errands. The room was nice, with hot water and everything very clean. The staff was friendly, the Wi-Fi worked well, and it was super close to the embassy.

They should accept credit cards as a type of payment. Only cash

Nice comfortable king beds

The clerk gave us a wet towel which I returned to be dried. However, we never received it back . it was a little noisy. you could hear some external noises coming from other guests. The shower had a leak

I was satisfied with the location, it is safe and close to important places, you can wether get the Trasmilenio easily, or walk through beautiful neighborhood to the places yu need to visit, nearby you can fin cheap restaurants with delicious food.

The breakfast offered there wasnt good at all, its taste was awful. The wifi connection kept failing.

The location and cleanliness

It's very noisy at night. The two nights we stayed it was noisy, the first night there was a party in on of the rooms. The second night there were very loud guests late at night coming and going and talking to the receptionist. You can't have a god night's sleep

Rooms were very clean and big.

People from the reception were not very nice. We stayed with a baby, and they didn’t allow us to warm up the baby’s food.

It was clean. Some of the front desk staff was friendly and nice, others were dismissive bordering on arrogant. Water pressure in shower was fabulous

Hard beds, hard pillows, I requested several times in a 6 six stay that housekeeping NOT clean my room/touch my things, and the front desk people were very agreeable. The HOUSEKEEPER refused to not clean the room. She argued loudly with the front desk attendant in front of me. Further, my stay was Friday night to Thursday. When I checked in they told me to please come back with my card the next day. I did, they said, no come back the next day, and on and on. Finally one afternoon (two days before I was checking out) they told my traveling companions to have me go down to the desk with my card, but the desk told me they didn't have the machine to charge my card and I would have to come back another time, or go to another hotel to pay. I refused to do that. The next afternoon they came up to my room (and my friend's) with a calculator and charge machine to do the charge, 2 days before we checked out. After I tapped and signed the screen the person i never saw before tried to pull the machine out of my hands and push the no receipt option, but i pulled it back and sent one (not itemized) to my email.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. we had the reservation confirmed and guaranteed by credit card. we arrived in the evening and were informed that there was no room for us. the lady from the reception lied to us because she said that she wrote the booking application to us information but we did not get any. they left us unattended at night. very unprofessional approach to guests. we also contacted booking com and they could not reach the hotel. if you want to be safe don't book accommodation here because you can come and they won't have a room for you. I travel a lot around the world and have never had a situation like this. Hotel owner, if you are reading this opinion, think about your behavior towards customers, I wonder how you would feel arriving at night without any help, even though you have a reservation and your opinions were relative.
