The hotel and the rooms are very nice! The rooms are very comfortable, clean, new, spacious, and relaxing. The hotel self is located in a very safe area where you can find several shops that are open 24/7. The hotel is also only a few minutes away from some huge shopping centres which are also nice to visit. The quality of the room service food was also excellent.

Not that we didn't like the breakfast, but the food selection could be a bit more ample. But with this being said, in the future we would strongly consider staying here again.

The hotel is very close to the convention center. It is clean, with a room which is well decorated and oriented.

The reception for the hotel is on the second floor, and the elevators do not work very well. You need a key to unlock them, but how are you going to have a key when you come for check in? If you have luggage, it is very inconvenient.

The People that worked at this hotel were above and beyond customer service. I feel in love with all of them, they are the kindest, dearest people I have ever met and there job performance was 1000 percent everyday. Thank you, I look forward to booking with you again in November 2023.

Not a single thing, the experience was so amazing, I have so many good things to say, but I will sum it up with totally awesome experience. Please never stop doing what you do, it works beyond and can say that with complete confidence.

I liked the gym, breakfast and good value for money.

Location was ok but for a tourist vacation it’s a little further away from some of the tourist spots. But we managed to get a round in Ubers and downtown was not too far.

It was very pleasant. There was a store on the corner to grab snacks and water. The breakfast was very good with hot and cold options fresh fruit, different breads/rolls, smoothies, eggs, fuit juices, coffee, cheeses, cold cuts etc. The breakfast area was actually where you could grab pastries and coffee outside of breakfast hours which was very nice! Staff was Awesome very welcoming and polite!!!..there is a washer/dryer that guests can use and front desk has laundry pods for purchase (very convenient) There was security guard desk at entrance 24/7 who pleasantly greeted you as you entered and exited. Gym was nice and bright with several different machines. Hotel was very well kept and only 15mins from airport.

Only thing I would have preferred was having use of the stairwell and not having to depend on elevator. We wanted to walk downstairs to the 2nd floor from the 3rd floor instead of waiting for elevator and couldn't get back into the hallway had to exit at the ground floor and the security guard advised the stairs are only for emergency. Breakfast and check in was on 2nd floor so at times the elevator was busy and we had to wait (not a huge deal just a preference especially when we were trying to catch Uber having the ability to run downstairs would have been nice)

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed and good shower. Overall it was quiet (I was on the 8th floor), with good restaurant offering a variety of food for breakfast (included in the room) and also for dinner. The staff, despite not proficient in English, made all the effort in understanding my needs, so greatly appreciated.

I would recommend changing the coffee machine in the rooms (working on and off, poor quality) as well as the coffee in the morning (tasteless). Apart from that, nothing else, everything was good.

Everything overall was really great! Good location, nearby there are convenient stores and restaurants. Distance to most of the attractions are relatively close. Highly recommended!

Room amenities are basic. But hotel does provide additional amenities on request/purchase.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious! I enjoyed trying the different dishes I otherwise would not have had the opportunity to. The food was always hot & fresh. I loved the coffee!!! The staff was amazing and helpful!

I was impressed by the exceedingly friendly personal, they did not only respond rapidly and efficiently to each of my requests but sometimes even anticipated them correctly.

The hotel is at short walking distance from Bogota's exhibition and convention centre. Otherwise, however, the surroundings is somewhat dull. In particular, there are are lots of restaurants, but exclusively fast food. No decent place available (except for the hotel's own restaurant).

Great breakfast and excellent location with quick access to everything. Very helpful staff.

It would be helpful if the hotel provided a free shuttle service to the airport.
