Location was very convenient since I travel for a music festival held at Corferias. Room was pretty modern, good isolation from noise on the street but not the noise of other rooms. Bathroom were pretty nice, well lit, modern and comfortable. TV had youtube and even apple music.

Reception members do their job however they seem pretty annoyed, for some reason they don't smile or show any form of friendliness. My shower had hairs on the walls, probably from previous guests. Also the towel hanger kept falling off. Rooms do not have AC or heating system, they also don't include a fan. I had to pay extra fee per night if i wanted to stay with my couple, even though room was for 2 people, first time this happens to me.

+ clean and new rooms + extremely fast WiFi (I measured 220 Mbit/s download speed) + staff was friendly +/- breakfast was fine with nice terrace view, but nothing out of the ordinary - more selection could be nice (e.g. more fruits, honey, warm food)

- parking garage directly next to the hotel is nice but very small and is not guaranteed to have a space (this was said after the booking) - 1-2 complimentary water bottles would be nice (though the price of one water bottle from the minibar was OK at 2500 COP) - no heating (it was not a problem during this stay, but in colder days it could become a problem) - some noise from the street is audible (but not as bad as in other hotels in Colombia)

Clean, comfortable hotel. Clean, cozy hotel. There is a hair dryer. You can take an umbrella at the reception if the weather is rainy. Reading and comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

I didn't like it when one of the hotel employees didn't allow our colleagues to go up to our room. Although there was no such thing from other hotel employees

Great location for events at Corferias, great value for Money compared to neighboring Hilton and Hyatt

WiFi not brilliant, breakfast more than sufficient but the same every day so no variety. No AC but fan provides, only really needed for white noise

Stayed here so I could be close to the Corferias center. Literally everything you need is walking distance - Fun, restaurants, and nature. The breakfast is good, and the customer service for the front desk is phenomenal. Would stay here again.

Great location, very clean, the staff very helpful. The Room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is ok.

The hot water is not very hot, and there is loud music in the evening by a place nearby.

The hotel facilities are modern and very clean, the employees are very nice and always help you with whatever you nee.

The bathroom size is too small, and the floor tile is very slippery.

It was a nice hotel. Just not having Air condinitioner for heat and cold weather Nither heater.
