The staff. Steven is an amazing host. He looked after us and accommodated all our needs: ensured that our room was on a lower floor as we do not take lifts, helped us to reach out to our flights airline customer service number, offered us to stay in the hotel lobby for a long time while waiting for our taxi to the airport. His English is a plus. We struggled a lot for the entire trip as our Spanish is very poor. Steven made our stay much easier. We loved his hospitality, excellent customer service and smiley welcome.

Truly exceptional hotel. Staff were friendly and very professional, from the front desk, the lovely lady who served breakfast to the cleaning staff, congratulations to you all for making our stay incredible. The breakfast certainly exceeded all expectations, no one could be disappointed with the morning offerings. The parking for our motorcycles was underground and behind 2 locked gates opened only by hotel staff, perfect. Our flight to Bogotá was cancelled so we arrived 2 days late, communication from the hotel was prompt with a solution provided without fuss. Our room with a panoramic window with a view towards Monserat was just so nice to come home to, the afternoon sun streaming in warming the room. The hotel is located in a very safe and quiet location with restaurants and supermarkets within an easy walking distance. Largest most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, then of course all the facilities one would expect, cable TV, microwave, fridge and cooktop. Thanks to every staff member for our best hotel stay EVER!!

Look really, it was just perfect for us, we loved it.

The staff was awesome, always open to answer questions, give recommendations, and attend to some of the needs. The room was really clean, and the room services was great, respecting when we didn't want them in or when we asked for it. The location was great as well

The WI-FI was terrible, didn't work most of the time, and when it worked it was 1-4mb speed so did have issues when trying to work. So if someone is traveling for work, may take a sim card with data

Very nice and safe area, confortable room, excellent shower.

Not much to say. It would’ve been nice to have a small fridge in the room like other properties I’ve stayed in, but no big deal; everything else was great.

I didn’t like that the front desk staff had his music playing early in the morning loud enough that it was easily heard in my room on the second floor. Why would you do that? It’s a hotel where people are either sleeping or working.

Hotell is nice and good 👍. Didn't have any problems with google translate and the stuff was good. Breakfast was 7/10 but I will lime to heave just eggs in the morning ing but they didn't have it- but still stay was good. View was also good bonus 👌

Room lights need to be fixed, some didn't not work.

I’ve stayed in several hotels but this one takes the cake as the CLEANEST HOTEL ROOM I’ve ever stayed. Rooms were big and spacious. Spotlessly clean. And the smell… ufff the hotel rooms smelled sooooo gooooooooood.

The guest computers doesn’t work. I wanted to do the check mig on a bigger screen as I’m the one behind the logistics of our group and had to do 6 applications. I would’ve done it faster on a computer. Please check this!

Location. It’s a safe location to go around the city. Use Uber all times. They have a safe luggage room. It’s close to the airport 10-15 minutes ride. To museum del oro its quick too. Breakfast was ok. Staff helpful thank you

What I liked about this hotel: - clean, quiet room with very comfortable beds; - very helpful and friendly staff; - professional luggage storage without charges - we had two bookings in this hotel, at the beginning and end of our stay, and we were able to leave our suitcases in storage for free (to travel further only with backpacks); the hotel even had tags for stored luggage items; - localization: although it's not central, we liked the neighborhood in which the hotel is located, because it's quiet and seemed safe, and it's close to the airport. Also, there are restaurants, ATMs and stores near the hotel. - good breakfast, which had a bit bigger selection of options than I encountered in other Colombian hotels I visited: eggs, variety of baked goods, fruit, cereals, yoghurt, cheese and ham, soups. All in all, I am very happy to have stayed in this hotel, much recommended!
