We had a wonderful stay, starting with Esteban and Valentina's warm welcome. The hotel is lovely, tastefully decorated, peaceful and very comfortable. Wonderful beds, good storage, great shower, beautiful finishes, delicious breakfast in the beautiful restaurant on the upper floor where we also had gracious service from David and Julian. I would love to come back.

We booked the upper room (suite). Beautiful decorated, super comfy bed. Hotel was very quiet. We slept like a baby. There is a restaurant inside the hotel with nice cocktails and lovely food. People at reception and restaurant are super nice. We would definitely recommend this place to stay over!

As the dinner in the restaurant was really nice. The breakfast that was included was not good. it was very basic, eggs and arepas were super dry. For this kind of hotel/price we had higher expectations. But the comfy room made very much up for it. There is no parking space possible at the hotel or in the street but there are parking lots where you can park safely the car for a descent price.

It was a wonderful experience. The staff made us feel like home. The facilities are clean and beautiful with lots of nice details. The courtesy cocktails and xmas sweets were a great touch. Can’t wait to come back.

Location is great, it’s close to park, but very peaceful and tranquil. No noise at all! Breakfast is delicious. Such a wonderful and attentive staff. Super clean room. I highly recommend this property to stay.

Clean and contemporary rooms with tastefully decorated public shared spaces. Comfy beds with good linens and plenty of hot water with good water pressure. Pleasant breakfast area and good food options. Very nice and accommodating staff. Good location in the center

The least expensive rooms had no windows so we asked to upgrade to a room with a window but the only choices were either rooms which faced out to a noisy street or faced an inside courtyard. We asked for the quietest option and were given a courtyard room on the second floor. Unfortunately the inner courtyard has a terrible echo and sound becomes amplified so even the quietest conversations of anyone sitting down in the courtyard are loud up above. Also it is not possible to have the curtains open in the room because the rooms on the opposite sides of the courtyard look directly at each other. We may as well have stayed in a windowless room. Rooms are on the small side and overpriced for what is offered.

Great place to stay in El Carmen. The staff is super helpful and available for every inquiry. The hotel is super well organized and clean and the restaurant offers good food on an open terrace. I stayed only one night but definitely coming back if I'm around El Carmen. Thank you!
