The options at breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, quiet and peaceful every night we were there, swift and quality room service.There was a young man who in the restahurant who was exceptional. I don't remember his name but he worked hard to help me get medicine later in the night for my girlfriend who became ill. I appreciate him very much. We kept meeting with failure in finding a pharmacy that was open, but he did not give up even though he seemed very busy with other tasks. I am disappointed that I don:t know his name because he certainly deserves recognition for what he did for us. Overall the staff were great.

It is not that I didn't like something, it is that it would be good if the hotel had an ATM or even two. There are very few in the area and they are not easy to find.

Very nice spacious and beautiful rooms. Amazing huge garden with playground, pool and lots of space. The beds are very comfy and they have lovely baby cribs available. The stuff is very friendly and helpful! The gym is top!

Some rooms are very loud, especially the 1st floor where people arrive in the night drunk or from the airport. It can feel like sleeping on the main station. The restaurant inside the hotel is not really good...

Everything! This is a beautiful very spacious hotel that offers everything. The Staff here are among the best we encountered on our 6 week journey. The dining was great with an extensive delicious menu. The pool area, cabanas, kids playground & gorgeous gardens were very enjoyable. Even though this hotel is near the airport it is quiet & has a nice country feel. Definitely a great choice & we really enjoyed our stay.

breakfast selection was good, staff very attentive and friendly. location for the venue was excellent, as well as that late checkout was available until 3 pm.

the bathroom is definitely too small, there where a lot of closets in the room, not to be used unless moving there. the fee for the early checkin, we arrived at 2 pm and had to pay for the 1 hour early check in usd 40, which is too much. the room was available, so paying early and late checkout fee total of usd 60-70 was not very economic.

There was good variety at breakfast, the room was clean and spacious, it was very comfortable and the beds were great.

The eggs had a weird taste to them, we couldn't eat them, and even though we had a small kitchen we couldn't use it because we were only staying for 6 nights. There was no A/C in the living room

Breakfast was delicious and the room was comfortable. It was a bit on the smaller side but overall it was good for our stay. The hotel facilities were clean and accesible. The staff was very nice. We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect.

Bathroom is small and doesn't have much counter space.

The hotel is nicely placed close to the airport, it has a beautiful recreation area with a pool and kids games. The room was spacious and clean.

I ended up paying for the transfer to the airport and I was not told about the charge when I asked for the transfer. The room was expensive enough that it should have covered the transfer but just something to be noted for anyone who books

The experience was great! We were there during a 17hrs stopover, so we mainly used the Hotel facilities. The pool is pretty good and the staff is so kind as well. We ordered some drinks to take to the pool and there was no problem. As well we checked out pretty early due to our flight, at 3 am. And they gave us coffee, bread, and fruits to bring to the airport or eat there as we wouldn't get the breakfast included, that by no extra cost. We got the Junior Suite, it was pretty complete. We used the shuttle service on both sides, and pretty good!

The only I didn't like, is that during pool time, we used the towels from the room, as w didn't know if there would be any for the pool usage. We got to the reception to ask for new towels after that, as the ones we used were so wet, and they started to avoid the request a couple of times, so I had to get there and insist until they gave us some new towels - After that, the receptionist attitude was not the best.

The room was awesome, the food was very good, the people were nice.

there are only a few parking spaces and there are a lot of events at the hotel which crowd the parking

This property is more beautiful than the pictures. It’s new and casually elegant design is very welcoming. Furniture is lovely. The staff is profesional and kind. Rooms are spacious. Food is good. Outdoor seating space was a treat. Wish I was staying longer.
