The location of this hotel is one of it's best selling points. It is within easy walking distance of local restaurants. The breakfast served was good. My room had a jacuzzi and a small fireplace in an attached alcove. I paid for one of the upgraded rooms which featured these 2 extras. The hotel sends a man to light the fire in the evening. He leaves a few extra sticks. The fireplace burns for about an hour. It was nice to sit in front of the fire for that hour. We did not use the jacuzzi. The property had a small area for games and a grass space to walk barefoot as well as some trails.

The bed sloped towards the middle and therefore sleeping was not easy. In general the bed was not the most comfortable. It was not terrible, it just didn't work for me.

We have stayed in places all over the world, however, the service and overall vibe and feel of Eco Hotel Terrabella may be second to none. We spent one of our last nights of our honeymoon at their lovely & cozy abode. Built with the strongest and thickest bamboo, this place sings with imagination. Whether it’s the hot tub in our room, the net deck outside to watch the stars light up the nights’ sky, or the two wood burning fireplaces, this place is teeming with rusticity and love! When they heard it was our honeymoon, they brought us a bottle of wine to celebrate! I am so grateful for the experience and would recommend their place to anyone looking to relax in their quaint mountain town! As we say in our country, it is the best of the best or “lo del lo mejor!” May they continue to flourish and treat their guests with the same warmth and kindness as they treated us! An absolutely incredible place amongst the mountains and stars, although the real star may be Eco Terrabella 😎

Brian make our stay so much better, very attentive, great service, food was good, breakfast in our room was a great adition.

Very nice hotel, the room was very spacious, the Wi-Fi was working well so I could work the all day from my room without interruption. They serve a good breakfast in the room. The staff is all very kind and helpful, I felt really welcomed. During the week the restaurant is not working, but I could find very nice options nearby for delivery, in particular one called Disfruto which was really good and nice service.

The only thing is that rooms don’t have heating, so especially at night it’s a bit cold in the room.

Big room, lots of privacy. Breakfast was brought to our room. Staff very helpful, young and friendly. The hotel is surrounded by nature.

In my opinion, the reviews and stars are overestimated and this should be treated as ordinary hotel, not 4* hotel.. A bit far from the airport in a little village (didn't know that). Breakfast was a bit poor. At night it was very cold, because basically you sleep outside.

They close the gate early and you had to call repeatedly to get back inside even after telling them that we would be out late.

I love the staff, the convenience, the food. The dog Luna. Facilty was beautiful and quite. It was close to restaurants and stores.also 10 minute walk to the park of Santa Elena. I went with my wife and we both had such a relaxing weekend getaway. I will be coming back.

I like the increible landscapes, the installations of the hotel AND the eco path.

It's a far hotel from Medellín, increible for eco tourism.

The beautiful and peacefull nature soroundings. Also, close walk to restaurants, pharmacy and Santa Elena's Goverment Center. Leonardo, the chef and all of the Hotel's crew were really nice and helpful. We had a great time.

Very nice place, quiet and great atmosphere. Nature and nice view on the mountains. Spacious rooms and helpful people working there, i will be back soon!
