al-alma Cafe in the main floor was excellent and the service even better. The shuttle to/from the airport is very convenient. Everyone was very kind and professional. The place is very clean.

We were in suite 9908, the windows could not be locked.

there was enough space. we were only there for a few hours. front desk was very helpful . bedroom were small but for a lay over between flights it was fine.

that some of the floors were below ground. the view out the window was not nice. thing I didn’t like. also when I was asking about airport transport I was given a number to contact. the phone number was not a WhatsApp number. I didn’t want to make a international call to schedule transportation. I think the hotel should help make this arrangement and not pass the responsibility to me. especially since my Spanish is not good.

We chose this hotel to rest before our flight. There is plenty of space in the room. We enjoyed a dinner on the balcony. The staff was really helpful in providing us with the information we needed. The hotel also provides a transfer to the airport (paid service).

The hotel and rooms feel like a hospital. You need to pay extra for room service.

My room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. It was a quick 5 minute drive to the airport. Cafe had everything I needed. Staff was helpful at arranging a very early airport shuttle. I really appreciated that an english speaking receptionist was available since my spanish is not very good.

First room I was given was noisy but I was immediately moved to a quiet wing of the hotel once I requested the change.

The breakfast was good, close to the airport and the nighttime staff were friendly and helpful, the morning staff not friendly.

My only issue was they tried to charge my credit card 3 days before i checked in which I did not like and did not allow. I have never experienced that. Either pay for it when you book it or when you check in, but not when they decide they want to. I did ask about that and they said it was to ensure my reservation, but the reservation itself should secure the reservation.

Breakfast was great! The staff is trained and responds fast to any questions. The hotel is close to the airport and the airport shuttle is fast and reliable. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped.

Honestly, the rooms should have AC.

Modern facility. The restaurant was great. Sauna and Turkish bath were a nice feature.

Noise. Mainly highway traffic. Payment by credit card online was an issue each time I have stayed here.

Back side of hotel facing the green belt and horses was good. Got away from much of the road noise.

The kitchen could have been supplied with, at minimum, some dish soap, dish cloth. The bathroom garbage can had not been emptied and crumbs were left on the kitchen floor making you wonder if the floor had been cleaned/washed? Thank you.

The hotel room was very good and also the cleanness and the food

If there were more employees that spoke English .I had to use the translator to order my food,but it still worked out ok

No air condition in the room which was fine but had to open the balcony door as it was way too hot inside. The hotel is right beside the road so it might have been the loudest sleep I have had. I used headphones to drown out the noise of cars and trucks.
