The view was amazing from our room, we felt we were within the jungle not in the hotel.

All worked good, the only thing I would highlight is to have a different tour agency, there are better offered options in Leticia and the one they have alliance is very touristy without added value

Great location “middle of the Amazon”. Great buffet style food. Great tours everyday (buffalo ride $60.000, tres fronteras $200000, night walk $60000, bio park 60000, Amazonas experience $220000, canopy $100000). Lovely experience at monkey island.

Overpriced accommodation, only breakfast included. You need to pay $60.000 pp transfers via boat, amazonas tax $50.000pp on arrival. Every tour is $60000-200000 per person, extra $5000 for boot hire. On arrival they try to sell you a vip club membership to the resort.

Setting is unparalleled and well worth all the terrible annoyances and challenges of dealing with On Vacation and Booking.com. Persevere and be amazed by the Amazon!

Terrible logistics in getting to and from resort on boat. No assistance despite days of trying to fix problems. Food was not great, but cost was cheap. There is no help available in English on site. Their communication systems are a labyrinth of email auto responders and WhatsApp messaging trees. Impossible to get hold of real person to fix dire problems in getting boat to hotel. We paid for the boat twice and then still had to hire a private boat at additional cost. Agent in Leticia (search On Vaction in Google Maps for Leticia) did eventually help us greatly. They acknowledged there were many problems with hotel communication. Booking.com also impenetrable and useless in getting any assistance. DO NOT BOOK THIS THROUGH BOOKING.COM, use On Vacation website.

Wonderful location right off the river and a nature reserve directly behind it - great potential with different owners or management

Food was terrible processed junk - they played loud obnoxious music until 3am - my bed was literally vibrating and we could get no sleep and hear none of the natural environment - staff cared not at all for our lack of comfort - was an absolute horrible experience

Absolutely atrocious, did not enjoy a single thing

Staff woke me up at 5 am to confirm I was leaving the property on that day (departure at 9am already booked). The facilities are awful, walls are super thin and the floor moves every time a guest walks by. The mosquitos nets were broken. Finally the hotel block cellular signal because, quoting one of the staff, “they do not want you to book other tours and sell you internet by the minute”. PS tours offered are overvalued and very disappointing

There were rats in the rooms. We first stayed in the 1311 and we saw rats for two consecutive nights. Since we couldn’t sleep due to that reason we were moved to Maloka 17 third floor were from the entrance I saw rat poop next to the sink. I didn’t accept it and were moved to Maloka 6 were I could barely sleep before checking out the next day.

Alejandra, she was the receptionist she helped us a lot and asked how we were all the time ( go with her, and she will help you )
