I love it. If ever I come back to manizales in the future, I would stay again at Quo Quality Hotel. It’s a home away from home. The food was delicious, the people were very hospitable, and feels like family. All of them from the reception , to Humberto and Nicolas in the dining area stands out above and beyond, to the housekeeping. Thank you very much.

This property is excellent. I enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff was fantastic. Jhon was especially helpful. The breakfast was great. The store across the street was also convenient for snacks. I enjoyed dinner at Ednia Cocina and the nearby Alquimia speakeasy was a fun place for excellent drinks. Both are within walking distance of the hotel. I suggest that visitors download the Taxia Life app if using taxis while in Manizales. Uber was not available. This taxi app, however, was a great substitute. There are also many taxis available in front of the adjacent mall.

The elevator seemed to have a mind of its own. This was only a small problem. The front desk staff, while great, did not speak much if any English. This was not a problem for me but others who don't speak Spanish may have an issue. I suggest Google Translate or another language app for those who don't speak Spanish.

A great hotel with a fantastic value for your buck. Very clean, modern, with a very good buffet breakfast, nice spacious rooms with a lot of natural light, excellent shower. A quiet location in a very nice Palermo neighbourhood, with a selection of little restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores two steps away from the hotel. A super comfortable bed, excellent quality pillows and the a mattress that allowed me to relax and sleep like a baby. Great quality wifi not only in the room but everywhere on the premises.

The location was excellent. Manizales is a full-size city with many districts hills like San Francisco to drive on absolutely outstanding, beautiful location and climate. Therefore where you’re located is really important and this location was outstanding and had all kinds of side services all within a block.! Breakfast was excellent. I will go back.

I was on a corner down low. I would prefer to be in a quieter location in the building more up and into the back area. They’re also seem to be construction either below or above me that transmitted into the room. Maybe they were remodeling something. I rented a junior suite that came with a full kitchen, but it was really not stocked with anything. But the refrigerator was useful and the sink.

The property is nice, the rooms spacious and as shown in the photos. Breakfast is OK but what I would like to mention is the great staff. I forgot my phone in the taxi from the bus terminal to the hotel and Jairo checked the video recording to get the license plate of the car, gave me his mobile phone while I went back to the terminal, at midnight, and kept on calling me to Chaco if everything was OK and to provide further instructions. How nice is that!!! I got my mobile back the following day thanks to the support of the hotel staff, the police and all the taxi drivers that helped to locate my driver.

The breakfast had a lot of points for improvement, the bread was all, only one option of eggs. Things that can make this hotel to excel even more: a mirror in the room. They room has 2 mirrors inside the bathroom which makes difficult to get ready if it is two people.

The room was great, we had a small kitchen. Our room was in the corner of the building and we had 2 big windows on both sides and we had a great view of Manizales. The rooms are very modern and the beds are very comfortable. We had interior parking included Breakfast was included and delicious. We also received complimentary drinks for dinner. We reserve the jacuzzi and sauna 2 times, one at night and one in the morning after breakfast. It's very relaxing and you have a beautiful view of the city. Unfortunately, the steam room was not working but overall a great experience. The hotel is located in front of a shopping mall and a grocery store if you need to buy or pick up last-minute things. It was very useful for us.

It's hard to nitpick but I would say maybe the restaurant food for dinner. Probably would have found a restaurant with better-tasting food and cheaper prices but then again, we were tired from traveling all day and didn't want to leave the hotel and go far.

The hotel is great. It's new and kept in a good shape. Everything was clean. The personal was always friendly and gave their best to be helpful in any situation. The breakfast was plenty (hot and cold dishes, fresh fruits, fresh juices, omelettes fresh on request) and really tasted amazing.

Almost none of the personal speaks English, and those few who do only very broken. Although this is expected in Columbia, I would have expected more in a high quality establishment. All towels were replaced every day, even those not on the floor - quite unnecessary and wasteful.

the hotel is located next to the mall. It has a great spa on top op the hotel with sauna, jacuzzi and steam room, and a nice view. The room is very good with everything you need. Breakfast is good, and my dinner was amazing! The staff is very friendly, with a special thanks to the guy that helped me to my room and even brought up a document. Great!

The room was really spacious and felt larger than the pictures suggest. Situated on walking distance of supermarkets, (small) shopping mall (good to know that the surrounding area is very ‘hilly’ with many steep streets). Complementary sauna and jacuzzi (upon sign in)

Kitchen utensils and some amenities had to be asked for every time. You would get it, but in my opinion it was a bit of a hassle for me and for them.
