We stayed here as our first stop in Colombia and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. The view was stunning, the room was spacious, and the food was delicious. We stayed for four days and three nights—and honestly, we wish we could’ve stayed longer! A special highlight was the massage experience with Gloria and Jeraldine. They were so good, we booked another session right away! We also joined the hotel’s tour to Cocora Valley, Salento, and Filandia. Due to Holy Week traffic, it took around two hours, but it was absolutely worth it. In Cocora, we rode horses up the mountain for COP 240,000 for two—definitely one of the best moments of our trip. Harry, our driver from the hotel, was great. The next day, we did the coffee tour at La Divisa de San Juan with an English-speaking guide, Anderson, who explained everything really well. Anderson can also go with you to Cocora and other places, if you need a tour guide in english. Just ask the hotel. Thank you Ana, Jordan, Dan, Jenny, Lady, Jorge, Jeraldine, Gloria and the head chef in the kitchen for making our stay memorable! Amazing team! 🤍

Some yoga mats in the relaxation area would be great for a morning stretch

We really enjoyed our two days at this spa hotel. The location is sublime and they provided us with complementary transportation from/to Pereira (around 30-40 minutes drive). Staff were kind and responsive. Our room was lovely with a comfortable bed and a good shower with plenty of hot water. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and sooo nice. My husband had a fantastic massage, quite reasonably priced. Food and drinks were also not expensive and the included a la carte breakfast was good. If you stay here we recommend hiking up to the two nearby miradors. Great exercise and fantastic views. Speaking of views, this is a great bird-watching destination. We saw many beautiful birds here.

Food choices could be expanded.

The hotel grounds are in a beautiful setting 30mins from town the hills of Pereira. The pool and restaurant have stunning views and dining in the little pergolas is romantic. The room was clean and also had a lovely view. We didn’t use the spa facilities but they looked very nice and people who used them looked happy. The guide, Miele - the friendly dog!, took us to the look out point which was worth the trek! Staff was friendly and helpful - our Spanish was terrible and yet they managed to help us organize some excursions with Jorge who was a great guide to some popular sites around.

Unfortunately the hotel allows guests to bring individual speakers for music. So a peaceful and tranquil environment was a bit ruined for us. We were in between two rooms which both used their speakers. The rooms had little sound insolation so our room had competing loud music and at times we felt like we were sleeping in a nightclub. The night staff were very kind trying to help and asked many times for them to turn it down - they didn’t turn it down much but we appreciate their effort of the staff to help. I feel that if they simply ban personal speakers then the hotel could live up to the peaceful tranquil and romantic resort it advertises to be.

The hotel has a gorgeous view of the surrounding countryside. It is about 10 minutes out of.Pereira. The staff is super attentive and in general, it is a quiet place. The bed is great and the air conditioning is quiet. Internet also works very well. It is a great weekend getaway.

There were mosquitoes which couldn’t be helped. And the pillows were lumpy the room windows don’t entirely close so bugs get in whether you like it or not. Also, it is better to have an SUV to reach this place as it is higher up and the tall grass won’t hit the bottom of your car. The food was not especially tasty. But at least they had a restaurant.

Nice intimate place with only a few rooms. The views from the restaurant were breathtaking, Food was always delicious and generous, Facilities like the pool and jacuzzi are good and relaxing. Staff, especially the kitchen staff, were very nice and welcoming. When we drove to a coffee farm and navigation app wasn't giving accurate directions, one of the staff drove over 10 minutes so we could follow. Don't miss the short hike to the hand at the top!

Spa facilities were not always available, even when they were supposed to be. You need to let them know in advance to turn those on for you, and even when asked, it wasn't always successful.. Massage is not recommended. Both our masseuse, were more gently patting than massaging. Reception should have more information of regional attractions like the cocora Valley opening times..

Amazing setting in the hills & countryside outside Pereira. Staff were really nice people and very helpful/accommodating. Food was very high quality and good value. They organised private local trips to Cocora Valley, horse riding, coffee plantation and thermal springs all of which were great thanks to Jorge, their driver, and good value for money. You can eat meals all over the property in private pergolas (which were magical at night) rather than just in a central restaurant.

While the rooms were nicely done from local materials and ours had a lovely spa bath, some people may find them a little ‘rustic’. We liked the local charm.

This staff is wonderful, so attentive and helpful and caring. The property has beautiful views, but be aware you have to go through a narrow bumpy dirt road to get there. The spa and massage was so relaxing! If you are looking for a countryside getaway not far from the city, this hotel is perfect.

Breakfast is wonderful! But as far as lunch and dinner, the chef needs to buy a meat thermometer, as the proteins were beyond well done.

The views are amazing and there are a lot of birds in the area, the hotel staff are nice and kind. They are very flexible to provide the best service they can, and the hotel facilities are modern.

We had several issues with the water in our room, the water pump didn't work for a couple of days, so we were not able to flush the toilet and we also had hot water issues, it wasn't consistent. The roads to the hotel are unpaved, narrow (one car only) and are in terrible condition; Pray to God it does not rain while you are driving it. If you are driving better to use an SUV vehicle and use Waze. The traffic in that area is bad during commuting hours, it may take you over an hour to go to Pereira downtown.

The location was absolutely stunning. Loved the beautifully landscaped grounds and the views of the surrounding mountains. Our breakfast server Dan was extremely hospitable. The room was incredible too. Can’t recommend this place enough and hope we can return one day.

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating and treated us like family. Thank you to all staff especially Jenny and Ana Maria and of course Miel the dog that took us on the crazy hike! The breakfasts and dinner were amazing and delicious! The views and room were amazing!!

Nothing to complain about . Everything was wonderful!!
