This hotel was great! It is in a quiet area that os safe and easy to get to. It is two blocks from the central transit terminal. The Junior suite was enormous and had a full size refrigerator. It had a dedicated work area with a side bed in what was similar to a “living room”. The main sleeping area had a king size bed, very spacious area. There is also a delicious bakery on the same block, which is perfect.

There is nothing that I did not like, some people might want a larger hotel with more amenities, but it was great.

Staff is the real added value of this place, super kind available and really keen on supporting us for different requests: for organizing an excursion the morning after, for ordering dinner, for welcoming/keeping our luggage even if we left...what else?! Thanks a lot. Position is great if you plan to use autobus considering that Pereira terminal is just around the corner; otherwise, for easier "nightlife" it would be better stay closer to Circunvalar

Honestly I don't focus on anything which we didn't like. Perhaps, one room for improvement could be the breakfast with wider range of offer.

Beautiful hotel. Large and quite rooms with high room and plenty of ventilation and good lightning. Staff always ready to help. Breakfast was good. Nice neighborhood and perfect location.

Great breakfast, very nice staff and a very big room with a big, comfortable bed! The room has a lot of storage and is perfect for a short or longer stay!

We liked everything, except that the air conditioning is really loud, so maybe this can be fixed

This is a good hotel, for me great location, nice room, you have all the amenities of a great hotel like free parking, wifi, free breakfast, lock safe in your room.

We booked a Jr. Suite and I was really impressed with the size of this room. We only needed it for one night but the room could be used as an extended stay unless you prefer to cook since there isn't a stove. The TV had surround sound. The shower was nice and hot with good pressure. The breakfast was pretty typical for Colombia.

They can improve options for breakfast, It is too limited.

The room is very good in general terms, the only bad thing is that you are stying in an old room, and this can be noticed in things like the door of the bathroom and some of the decoration, apart from that everything is good.

The staff tried very hard to communicate because my Spanish is limited at this time. I greatly appreciated that. And almost everyone was very friendly.

The hot breakfast was very limited, but tasted great. Also, if there were a couple of people that speak English, it would have made the stay even better.

Friendly staff, clean, and very nice rooms.

That they were always on top of the property and kept it in very good shape.
