A convenient location for downtown area close to the park, the room was very clean, had a very confortable bed and a decent shower. Balcony is just a French door and there is no actual balcony but it is good for fresh air. Both a/c and wifi worked well. There is a minibar with snacks, beers and even wine, but I didn't use it, so I can not comment on the prices. My room was upstairs and there is no elevator but the receptionist offered to help with my suitcase which was kind but unnecessary for me at least as I travel with carry on only. Staff were friendly and helpful with any questions, but I am not sure if any English is spoken as I got by with my poor Spanish. Breakfast in the downstairs Cafe is basic but adequate and there's a good panaderia across the street that's open until 10pm where you can get a beer.

The hotel is located in walking distance to the city center, the room was very comfortable and clean. Free parking is a big plus, breakfast is simple but very tasty.

The bathroom didn't close because the door was broken. The room didn't have hair dryer and it has the fan instead of the air conditioner.

This is quite a surprise. The neighborhood isn't great and from the street first impressions are it would be a bad hotel. Inside the hotel the rooms are great and well soundproofed. The location is also perfect for first or last night of stay as it's a short walk from car rental, bus terminal, and megacable.

Next to cable car station, so actually very easy to reach from the bus terminal. Not far from the center. Staff spoke no English but tried to help.

Convenient for Parque Aloya cable car stop. Clean. Staff extremely helpful.

Very difficult to find from the bus station and daunting area. Hotel frontage is a bit grim but fine inside when you go through the single doorway and upstairs to locked entrance.
