Nice clean and comfortable hotel located right on the park. The room had everything you could need for a comfortable stay , decent beds, wifi , toiletries, aircon, tv etc Staff were friendly and welcoming

Works during the night (3am)in the park that woke us up . But that is not the hotels fault

I booked a room for 2 .after an exhuasted nice tour we came back and won't let the little sister of my girlfriend to our room for her to be just an hour to rest before we bring her back. I was denied that little attention that could've make a difference I was really disappointed and I didn't expect such od behavior from your staff. They should've go the little extra mile it was just an 8 year girl that was exhausted after a 6 to 7 hour tour around Pereira. I didn't expect that treatment. All my life I worked in the hospitality industry so I know these little things that stand out.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. One of the highlights was the breakfast – a great variety of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. The location is also fantastic, Downtown I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a great overall stay

The reception staff were very attentive and accommodating. Chambermaids always kept our room impeccable tied and clean The lady incharged of the breakfast room, whose nationality is Venezuela always made us feel very welcome every morning . We are enchanted for having had such lovely staying in Pereira. We will stay in San Simon again in the future and will gladly recommend it to all our friends.

I Liked everything.

Central location in a busy part of town. Good breakfast with variety. Front desk recommended an excellent taxi guy to take us around the city. Despite it being a busy street it quieted down at night and there wasn’t too much traffic noise.

Only 1 person at a small front desk so it takes time to check in or out if someone is ahead of you.

Fabulous breakfast! Gorgeous big room / bathroom. Comfortable bed. Great location! The staff were so helpful and kind. Cesar helped us organise a trip to a coffee farm and he and the receptionist couldn't have been more patient with my poor spanish! Would absolutely recommend!

We had a modern, spacious and comfortable room with a view towards the main square. Water pressure and temperature in the shower were great. Breakfast was very good, with a selection of bakery items, eggs prepared on request and a choice of juices and fruit. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was a good size with windows over a pleasant and lively square, yet it was quiet. Also very clean.

the breakfast was served from a buffet - the food that was supposed to be hot was nearly cold, and the coffee, which was in a flask, was tepid and weak.

This hotel is great because is located in the middle of everything: a hugh variety of stores, restaurants, cafeterias, ice-cream and pastry parlors. All these stores are right next or in front of the hotel. Breakfast was also excellent. The staff at the hotel cafeteria were always ready to make the morning coffee and breakfast exactly the way you like it. They always have a variety of choices of fruit and breads. The front desk and guest service attendants are always ready to help you with anything that you need to make your stay at the hotel more comfortable. The rooms are very spacoiius are always kept very clean.
