The property was very nice and in a great central location. The bellmen in the lobby of the hotel were great. Yeison was especially helpful. The breakfast was exceptionally good. I also recommend using Gustavo as a guide and driver. The hotel recommended him and he was fantastic. I suggest using him for a trip to the nearby San Vicente hot springs and/or to the Corcoa Valley and Salento/Filandia. Both are great day trips. Please inquire at the front desk for his phone number. Please be advised he doesn't speak English. The hotel restaurant called the Sky Bar is great for drinks and a snack. They also have live music every Thursday night. I highly recommend Vendetta Restaurante for great Italian food and La Antioqueña Restaurante for informal local food. Both are within walking distance of the hotel.

The lights in the hallways turn off to conserve energy. While this is good for the environment it was still a little annoying to walk into a dark hallway when exiting the room or the elevator. Also, unfortunately, there is only one elevator so the wait can be long during peak times of the day.

The staff was absolutely spectacular. Unfortunately I was sick for my entire stay and I wasn't able to leave my room. They sent a doctor up to my room. It also happened to be my birthday and they sent a slice of cake up for my birthday. Check in was a breeze and they are very attentive. The hotel is located right on the square, but I don't remember being able to really hear the traffic. The pictures are almost exactly like the room. In person the room is nicer. BTW, did I mention the size or the room? It's probably bigger than most in Colombia. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Very large ( king size) comfy bad. Very insulated windows. No noise from outside and yet room was facing the main square. Very friendly staff Able to do the early check in ( fast and we got the room by1pm). Also they offer late check out for a very reasonable additional price.

Bathroom was very small. Only one elevator. Little variety in the breakfast buffet. And very limited choices. Coffee not good at all ( and for being Colombia, thats almost a crime!).

Hotel Soratama was a great choice. It’s located right on the Plaza Bolivar in the city center, yet it was perfectly quiet. It is a short walk to lots of restaurants and shopping. The lobby has a comfortable seating area and lovely live orchids. The room was large and super comfortable. The shower was A+. The breakfast was amazing and over-the-top, with delicious offerings, including granola, yogurt and fresh fruit. And being Colombia, the coffee was strong and delicious! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were flawless. Highly recommended!

The wifi only worked with our older tablets, and only when standing directly next to the room door. Our newer Android 13 phones would not connect, despite the desk staff trying and trying to make it work. (This is a common problem with new extenders using old routers.)

The breakfast was excellent with a variety. The location is central and convenient to shopping and dining. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The food in the restaurant was excellent but expensive.

We had a suite that was lovely. The only complaint i have is there was no holder for the toilet paper. The toilet paper was simply placed on the sink top. this is unsanitary. There certainly is room to mount a toilet paper holder or to have a free standing holder. My Spanish is not great and there seemed to be no way to add subtitles to the TV screen.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurant has a beautiful view and the food is delicious.

Bathroom in room is extremely small. For me, music in restaurant is inappropriate. Its not loud; but too much bass. Personally, I dont like to feel drums for breakfast

The staff was super helpful. The room was comfortable although a bit small. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast venue was spacious with a nice view of the main square and there was a good variety of choices. The rooftop is a nice place to have a panoramic view the city, sadly it seems that only works at night.

The hotel is in the city center and it was chaotic to get there and we felt unsafe at night. Some people might find it helpful depending on what you are doing during the visit to Pereira. The bathroom of our room was very small and the sliding door was very difficult to move to open or close.

The Soratama Hotel is perfect location to access everything. I found the Staff very helpful and friendly. Soratoma is incredibly clean and modern hotel. Our room was actually very quiet in a noisy, busy area central area of Pereira's central Plaza Bolivar. Breakfast was excellent.

There was nothing I didn't like. This is petty, but it was not very easy to find English-language TV channels.

It is very well situated in the middle of the city, and the staff were very friendly and attentive!

The doors leading to the hallway are a bit thin, so you can hear others entering and exiting their rooms. But, in the grand scheme of things, it’s not a huge issue

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Restaurant on the 11th floor and breakfast on the second floor serve delicious food. Staff is very helpful and accomodating

Our 2 rooms had a standard double bed which was uncomfortable for us and our two teenagers. We would have liked a lighter bedspread, designed for warmer temperatures. The bathroom is the smallest I have ever seen. Rooms could be improved by adding bedside tables on both sides of the beds with electrical connections. it was hit or miss whether coffee, bathroom soap and shampoo were available.
