Great location in the heart of Centro. The room was spotless. A special shout out to Edwin the night receptionist. Super nice guy

On our first morning there was no free complimentary breakfast as promised. (Apparently the chef was under the weather.) However no effort was made to provide even toast and coffee.

Excellent location in the town center of Pereira. Very clean and the staff was very attentive and helpful.

I was placed into Room 108 on the first night, and it gets loud at night. Avoid Room 108 if you're not used to city noise at night.

The staff was extremely charming and helpful during our staying and after: they managed to send us something we forgot in the room to another hotel in Medellin, right the day we realized we forgot it. We highly recommend it!

The free breakfast surpassed my expectations. It was like a dine in restaurant with hot items and great coffee.
