Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The accomodation is very safe with a 24/7 reception. The room was clean with plenty of storage, the bathroom was super clean and had hot water, the bed was comfy, AC was great & there was Netflix. Plus: the accommodation is super close to both the Bus Terminal and the city center. For us as a stopover to Medellín, it was perfect! 😊

A little lamp besides the bed could be a nice addition. Other than that: great accomodation!

Zentrico is value for money. It's nothing special, but the bed is comfortable, there is a shared space, kitchen and good WiFi. The staff are all really friendly and the location is pretty good for exploring the city.

My room was very small. There is only just room for the bed and the bathroom was very cramped. They also have a doorbell at the entrance that reverberates around the hotel every time it is used. I was woken up a couple of times by it late at night and I'm a deep sleeper. They need to figure a more quiet way of getting into reception.

Very good location, nice room with AC and a very friendly reception. It was more than I expected, and for breakfast they give you 5 options (all very traditional breakfast, but it’s nice to have the choices!). Tatiana at the reception was really sweet and helpful. Would definitely recommend. It is located in prolonging of the street with the umbrellas (in case the taxi can’t find it).

The hotel was very clean and well decorated, with a lovely outdoor patio on the upper floor. Our room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful, and the free breakfast was a nice perk. The hotel is also close to most of the great dining and cafes in the Circunvalar neighborhood. Note that the hotel is on a small side street (Calle 12B), and many taxi drivers had trouble finding it. We ended up primarily taking taxis to the nearby Hotel Movich or Hotel Castilla Real and walking an extra block instead.

Our room did not have any windows except a small skylight in the bathroom -- it seemed like most of the other rooms were like this as well. We also would have appreciated an additional trashcan in the hotel room, since the small bathroom trashcan was only large enough for bathroom refuse.

Zentrico Boutique is a great place to stay in Pereira. My room was quite small but comfortable. I would like to highlight the breakfast and also the hospitality of the staff.

Great price, close to everything. They have a tv in the room. Breakfast was very modest but hey, you shouldn’t eat too much anyways :)

There was a pile of dirty dishes and a lot of flies in the kitchen behind the reception when I arrived. It’s not too big of a deal, but it somewhat affected my first impression. The room itself was very clean.

Breakfast was great. The place is cute and clean. Staff was VERY kind!

We couldn't park at the front door because it wasn't safe. We had to take it to a parking lot about 3 blocks away. Not so bad but...

Overall the hotel's facilitues were more than I expected, the pictures do not do any justice to them, as the facities are bigger and prettier. The staff is super nice and helpful, we appreciated their service. Finally the breakfast was delicious.

The location is very central, however the spot where its located its a bit obscure.
